JOB PURPOSEThe aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organization's perspective.As an Insurance Analyst in KJO GA Company, ensure comprehensive asset coverage, cost-efficiency, and risk management. Oversee policy evaluations, claims processing, and regulatory compliance for safeguarding valuable assets. 3. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESThis section describes the principal outputs required from the job.Policies, Processes, and Procedures<ul><li>Assist in the development and implementation of section policies, processes, and procedures to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled.</li><li>Implement day-to-day operations of Insurance Section to ensure that work is performed in accordance with assigned procedures and legislation.</li></ul>Day-to-Day Operations<ul><li>Run the administration of non-transactional aspects of operational and asset insurance renewal.</li><li>Stakeholder coordination.</li><li>Analysis and evaluation of insurance companies and brokers.</li><li>Review of insurance policies.</li><li>Facilitation of survey visits and tracking of improvement recommendations.</li><li>Record maintenance and provision of reports.</li></ul>Asset & Operational Insurance<ul><li>Scrutinize and assess current asset insurance policies for coverage adequacy.</li><li>Collaborate with insurers to negotiate favorable policy terms and premiums.</li><li>Research and propose new policies to address emerging risks.</li><li>Manage asset insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.</li></ul>Policy Evaluation & Management<ul><li>Monitor the progress of claims, advocating for fair and efficient resolutions.</li></ul>Claims Processing<ul><li>Supervise the preparation of timely and accurate departmental reports / adhoc reports to Company and department requirements, policies and standards.</li></ul>Reporting<ul><li>Supervise the preparation of timely and accurate departmental reports / adhoc reports to Company and department requirements, policies and standards.</li></ul>Safety, Health & Environmental<ul><li>Ensure and promote a safe work environment by adhering to all safety and environmental regulations.</li><li>Any other work assigned by management as required.</li></ul> 4.
