<p>مسؤول عن تنفيذ أنشطة ضمان جودة متقدمة عبر أنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات للمستشفى وتطبيقاته وخدماته الرقمية. يضمن الدور أن تلتزم تطبيقات البرمجيات وخدمات تكنولوجيا المعلومات بمعايير جودة محددة مسبقاً، وتدعم التميز السريري، وتلتزم بمتطلبات التنظيم الصحي السعودي. يلعب هذا المنصب دوراً حيوياً في تقليل فشل الأنظمة، وتحسين سلامة المرضى من خلال التقنية، ودعم جاهزية اعتماد المستشفى.</p><p>التأكد من أن العمل يتم بناءً على السياسات والعمليات والإجراءات والتوجيهات المعتمدة</p><p>تحديد فرص التحسين المستمر للأنظمة والعمليات والممارسات مع مراعاة الممارسات الرائدة وتخفيض التكلفة وتحسين الإنتاجية</p><p>التأكد من أن الأنشطة اليومية تتم بشكل صحيح بما يتماشى مع السياسات والإجراءات</p><p>متابعة القضايا/المشكلات المعزّاة للمرؤوسين لضمان إغلاقها بكفاءة وفي الوقت المناسب</p><p>مواءمة استراتيجيات DevOps في تكنولوجيا المعلومات مع مبادرات MOH eHealth، وأهداف الرعاية الصحية الرقمية Vision 2030، ومتطلبات الاعتماد CBAHI/JCI.</p><p>ضمان التميز التشغيلي في أنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات لتعزيز أداء المستشفى وسلامة المرضى وتوفر الخدمات.</p><p>تنفيذ أطر ضمان جودة تكنولوجيا المعلومات وسياساتها وإجراءاتها عبر جميع خدمات تكنولوجيا المعلومات.</p><p>إجراء اختبارات وظيفية وتكامل واختبارات التراجع وتقبل المستخدم (UAT) لجميع أنظمة المستشفى تكنولوجيا المعلومات بما في ذلك EMR وHIS وERP وبوابات المرضى وتطبيقات الجوال.</p><p>إعداد والحفاظ على خطط اختبار تفصيلية ونصوص اختبار وتقارير العيوب.</p><p>التحقق من الإصدارات الجديدة والتحديثات والتحديثات النظامية قبل النشر.</p><p>التأكد من امتثال أنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات لمتطلبات الاعتماد لدى MOH وCBAHI وJCI فيما يخص جودة خدمات التكنولوجيا.</p><p>المساعدة في إعداد الوثائق والأدلة لعمليات التدقيق الداخلية والتفتيش التنظيمي الخارجي.</p><p>رصد مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والمساهمة في تقارير الجودة المطلوبة من هيئات الاعتماد.</p><p>المشاركة في تحليل السبب الجذري لحوادث تكنولوجيا المعلومات وفشل الأنظمة.</p><p>اقتراح إجراءات تصحيحية لمعالجة المشكلات النظامية المتكررة وتوقف الخدمات.</p><p>التعرف مبكراً على مخاطر النظام واقتراح إجراءات وقائية (CAPA).</p><p>العمل بشكل وثيق مع مطوري تكنولوجيا المعلومات ومحللي النظام وفرق البنية التحتية والذكاء الاصطناعي السريري لضمان أداء النظام بسلاسة.</p><p>التنسيق مع المستخدمين النهائيين من الكوادر السريرية والتمريضية والإدارية خلال دورات الاختبار.</p><p>العمل كمدافع عن الجودة في مشاريع تكنولوجيا المعلومات، والتأكد من تلبية احتياجات المستخدمين واعتبارات السلامة.</p><p>الحفاظ على وثائق شاملة لأنشطة ضمان الجودة ونتائج الاختبار وسجلات التحقق من النظام.</p><p>تطوير وتحديث إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) لعمليات جودة تكنولوجيا المعلومات.</p><p>إعداد لوحات المعلومات وتقارير الأداء لإدارة تكنولوجيا المعلومات ولجان الجودة.</p><p><strong>المرشح المثالي</strong></p><p>5–7 سنوات من الخبرة في ضمان جودة تكنولوجيا المعلومات، ويفضل في بيئات الرعاية الصحية.</p><p>خبرة في اختبار الأنظمة الطبية والإدارية بالمستشفى (EMR, HIS, ERP, LIS, PACS).</p><p>الإلمام بمعايير الرعاية الصحية السعودية بما فيها MOH، وCBAHI، وJCI، وSFDA.</p><p>معرفة بأدوات أتمتة الاختبار وأطر الاختبار الحديثة ميزة إضافية.</p><p>خبرة في إدارة الحوادث ومنهجيات تحسين الخدمة (RCA، CAPA).</p><p>درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسوب أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات.</p><p>إتقان لغات البرمجة (مثلاً C#، .NET، Java، Python، أو ما يعادلها)</p>
