<p>نبحث عن شخص متمكّن من التواصل مع العملاء عبر الواتساب، يجمع بين مهارات الدعم الفني ومهارات الإقناع والبيع، ويكون على دراية جيدة بالسوق السعودي وخصوصاً قطاع الوكالات الإبداعية.</p><p><strong>المهام المطلوبة:</strong></p><ul><li>الرد على استفسارات العملاء عبر الواتساب بشكل احترافي وسريع</li><li>المتابعة اليومية مع العملاء المحتملين والحاليين</li><li>إقناع العملاء وإتمام عمليات البيع (Closing)</li><li>بناء علاقة ثقة مع العميل من أول تواصل حتى إغلاق المشروع</li></ul><p><strong>المهارات المطلوبة:</strong></p><ul><li>خبرة سابقة في المبيعات أو خدمة العملاء</li><li>مهارة عالية في الإقناع والتفاوض</li><li>معرفة جيدة بالسوق السعودي، خصوصاً الوكالات الإبداعية</li><li>لباقة في التواصل الكتابي (واتساب)</li><li>الالتزام والمتابعة اليومية</li></ul><p><strong>نوع العمل:</strong> بارت تايم (دوام جزئي)</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>نظام المكافأة:</strong> عمولة على كل مشروع يتم إغلاقه من خلاله (تُحدد النسبة بالاتفاق)</p>

المتطلبات: &nbsp; * خبرة في مجالات التوحد المختلفة. * معرفة بمقاييس التوحد وأدوات التقييم. * وجود رخصة سارية من هيئة التخصصات الصحية. * لغة إنجليزية بسيطة. * مهارات تواصل جيدة والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.

<ul><li>قيادة وتوجيه فنيي السباكة المبتدئين، مع التأكد من الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة وجودة العمل في المشاريع المعقدة.</li><li>تشخيص وحل فشل أنظمة السباكة المعقدة، بما في ذلك تحديد الأسباب الجذرية وتنفيذ حلول فعالة وطويلة الأمد.</li><li>تركيب، صيانة، وإصلاح مجموعة واسعة من أنظمة السباكة، من سكني وتجاري إلى صناعي، باستخدام تقنيات متقدمة.</li><li>تفسير وتنفيذ مخططات ونقوش تقنية معقدة ورسومات هندسية لتنفيذ التركيبات والإصلاحات بدقة.</li></ul><p><strong>النبذة المطلوبة للمرشح</strong></p><ul><li>امتلاك رخصة سباك رئيسي أو شهادة معادلة، مما يظهر مستوى عالٍ من الخبرة.</li><li>التمتع بخبرة لا تقل عن 7-10 سنوات من الخبرة المتزايدة في مجال السباكة التجارية و/أو الصناعية.</li><li>إتقان قراءة وتفسير المخططات المعقدة، وخطوط الأنابيب والرسومات الهندسية، والمواصفات الفنية.</li><li>مهارات تقنية متقدمة في تركيب الأنابيب، اللحام بالقصدير، اللحام باللحام القوسي، وطرق وصل مختلفة لمواد متنوعة.</li></ul>

<ul><li>قيادة تركيب النظامات الكهروميكية المعقدة واختبارها ومعايرتها، مع ضمان الأداء الأمثل وتقليل وقت التوقف إلى الحد الأدنى.</li><li>تطوير وتنفيذ جداول الصيانة الوقائية للمعدات الحيوية، باستخدام تقنيات تنبؤية لتوقع وحل الأعطال المحتملة.</li><li>فهم الرسومات الهندسية المعمارية والمخططات والكتالوجات الفنية المعقدة لتوجيه التجميع، والإصلاح، وتعديل المعدات المتطورة.</li><li>تشخيص وتصحيح مشاكل الكهرباء والميكانيكا والهواء المضغوط بدقة، غالباً عندما يعمل تحت الضغط لاستعادة التشغيل بسرعة.</li><li>التعاون مع فرق الهندسة لتقديم ملاحظات حول تصميم النظام، وتحديد مجالات للتحسين، والمساعدة في تطوير النماذج الأولية.</li><li>الإشراف على تشغيل آمن وصيانة الأدوات والتجهيزات الاختبارية المتخصصة، لضمان الامتثال لجميع اللوائح السلامة.</li><li>توثيق جميع أنشطة الصيانة والإصلاح والتعديلات بدقة، والمساهمة في قواعد المعرفة وكفاءة التشغيل.</li><li>تدريب وإرشاد الفنيين المبتدئين، ونقل تقنيات troubleshooting المتقدمة وأفضل الممارسات في أنظمة electromechanical.</li></ul><p><strong>الملف المرشح المطلوب</strong></p><ul><li><p>إتقان قراءة وتفسير المخططات الكهربائية المتقدمة والرسومات الميكانيكية ومخططات P&ID.</p></li><li><p>الخبرة في تشخيص وإصلاح مجموعة واسعة من مكونات الأتمتة الصناعية، بما في ذلك PLCs وVFDs والخدمات والروبوتات.</p></li><li><p>فهم قوي للهواء المضغوط والهيدروليكا وأنظمة نقل الحركة الميكانيكية.</p></li><li><p>مهارات حل المشكلات والتحليل بشكل ممتاز، مع مقاربة منهجية في الاستكشاف.</p></li><li><p>مهارات تواصل وتفاعل بين الأشخاص فعالة، مع القدرة على التعاون مع فرق متعددة الوظائف.</p></li><li><p>القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق، مع إدارة أولويات متعددة في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.</p></li><li><p>القدرة البدنية على رفع حتى 50 رطلاً، والعمل في أماكن ضيقة، والوقوف لفترات طويلة.</p></li><li><p>يُشرف على الأعمال الكهروميكانيكية، دمج صيانة الأنظمة الكهربائية والميكانيكية.</p></li></ul>
