<p><strong>المسمى الوظيفي:</strong> المدير التنفيذي للعمليات – منصة يسير التعليمية</p><p> </p><p><strong>الهدف من الوظيفة:</strong><br>قيادة وتشغيل منصة يسير التعليمية، وضمان سير العمليات اليومية بكفاءة، وتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية، مع تنفيذ رؤية المؤسس وتحويلها إلى إجراءات عملية قابلة للتنفيذ.</p><p> </p><p><strong>المهام والمسؤوليات:</strong></p><ul><li>إدارة العمليات اليومية للمنصة والإشراف على جميع الأقسام.</li><li>تنفيذ خطط وأهداف المؤسس ومتابعة تطبيقها.</li><li>إدارة فريق العمل وتوزيع المهام ومتابعة الإنجاز.</li><li>تحسين الإجراءات التشغيلية ورفع كفاءة العمل.</li><li>متابعة جودة الخدمات المقدمة للطلاب والمدربين.</li><li>الإشراف على خدمة العملاء وحل المشكلات التشغيلية.</li><li>متابعة إطلاق الدورات والبرامج التعليمية وضمان جاهزيتها.</li><li>إعداد تقارير دورية عن الأداء والإيرادات ومؤشرات التشغيل.</li><li>التنسيق بين التصميم، البرمجة، التسويق، والمحتوى لضمان سير المشاريع.</li><li>متابعة الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية وجودة التنفيذ.</li><li>اقتراح حلول عملية للمشكلات اليومية واتخاذ القرارات التشغيلية ضمن الصلاحيات الممنوحة.</li><li>الحفاظ على سرية بيانات المنصة والعملاء وجميع المعلومات الداخلية.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>الصلاحيات:</strong></p><ul><li>إدارة الفريق اليومي.</li><li>اعتماد سير العمل التشغيلي.</li><li>اقتراح التوظيف أو الاستغناء عن الخدمات عند الحاجة.</li><li>اعتماد الإجراءات التشغيلية بعد موافقة المؤسس.</li><li>رفع التوصيات الخاصة بتطوير المنصة.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>المؤهلات المطلوبة:</strong></p><ul><li>خبرة في إدارة العمليات أو المشاريع أو الفرق.</li><li>قدرة عالية على التنظيم والمتابعة.</li><li>شخصية قيادية وحازمة.</li><li>مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وإدارة الوقت.</li><li>إجادة استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي وأنظمة إدارة العمل.</li><li>القدرة على العمل عن بُعد وتحمل ضغط العمل.</li><li>أمانة عالية وانضباط والتزام كامل بسرية المعلومات.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>مؤشرات الأداء (KPIs):</strong></p><ul><li>التزام الفريق بالمواعيد.</li><li>سرعة إنجاز المهام.</li><li>انخفاض الأخطاء التشغيلية.</li><li>رضا الطلاب والمدربين.</li><li>انتظام إطلاق البرامج والدورات.</li><li>نمو الإيرادات وتحسن كفاءة التشغيل.</li><li>تقليل اعتماد المنصة على تدخل المؤسس في الأعمال اليومية.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>الصفات الشخصية:</strong></p><ul><li>أمين ويمكن الوثوق به.</li><li>ينفذ التعليمات بدقة.</li><li>مبادر في حل المشكلات.</li><li>يتحمل المسؤولية.</li><li>قادر على قيادة الفريق بهدوء واحترافية.</li><li>يتعلم بسرعة ويطور نفسه باستمرار.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>طبيعة العلاقة مع المؤسس:</strong><br>المدير التنفيذي مسؤول عن إدارة التشغيل اليومي للمنصة، بينما يظل المؤسس مسؤولًا عن الرؤية العامة، والاستراتيجية، والقرارات الجوهرية، ويعمل المدير التنفيذي على تنفيذ هذه الرؤية وتحويلها إلى نتائج عملية.</p>

<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p><strong>Project Manager – ELV Systems Project Delivery</strong></p><p><strong>Company: SNCICT </strong> <strong>Location:</strong> NEOM <strong>Job Type:</strong> Contract <strong>Experience Required:</strong> 5-8+ years</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are looking for a <strong>highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager</strong> to lead the end-to-end delivery of <strong>(ELV)</strong> systems projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge combined with excellent project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.</p><p>You will manage multiple ELV projects across commercial, industrial, data centers, hospitality, or infrastructure sectors.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead the full project lifecycle from planning and design coordination to execution, testing, commissioning, and handover.</p></li><li><p>Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks effectively.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all ELV systems are installed and integrated as per approved designs and specifications.</p></li><li><p>Oversee procurement, material approvals, and vendor management.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.</p></li><li><p>Manage project documentation, including RFIs, method statements, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality standards, and local authority regulations.</p></li><li><p>Monitor project financial performance (cost control, variations, cash flow, and profitability).</p></li><li><p>Lead and mentor project engineers, site supervisors, and technicians.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Key ELV Systems You Will Handle</strong></p><ul><li><p>Structured Cabling & Networking</p></li><li><p>CCTV & Video Surveillance</p></li><li><p>Access Control</p></li><li><p>Fire Alarm system</p></li><li><p>Building Management Systems (BMS)</p></li><li><p>Fire Alarm Systems (integration)</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements & Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Education</strong>: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication, or related field.</p></li><li><p><strong>Certifications</strong> (preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.</p></li><li><p><strong>Experience</strong>: Minimum <strong>5-8 years</strong> in ELV / Low Current Systems project management, with at least <strong>5 years</strong> in a Project Manager role.</p></li><li><p>Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale ELV projects</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of international</p></li><li><p>Experience working with main contractors and consultants in the GCC / Middle East / Asia is a big advantage.</p></li><li><p>Excellent command of English & Arabic.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong leadership and team management abilities.</p></li><li><p>Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and MS Office.</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of project financials and variation management.</p></li></ul><p>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Must have PMP or Price 2 certification and ELV project delivery expereince</p><br><br><p></p></section>
