Key Responsibilities:<br>Review Contract Documents, Specifications, IFC Drawings, BOQs, applicable codes, and Client/Consultant requirements. Prepare, implement, and obtain approval of the Project Quality Plan (PQP/QMP), Quality Procedures, ITPs, Method Statements, and Quality Forms. Establish and maintain the Project ITP Master List covering all MEP activities. Lead and manage the Project QA/QC team and ensure effective implementation of the Quality Management System. Conduct internal quality audits and support Client/Consultant and external audits. Monitor project quality KPIs, NCR trends, inspection performance, testing results, rework, and Cost of Poor Quality. Identify quality risks and implement preventive and corrective actions. Foster quality awareness and conduct quality training across the project. Prepare and issue Project Monthly Quality Reports and highlight critical quality issues to Project Management. Have the authority to stop non-conforming works and reject non-conforming materials or workmanship. Ensure no deviation from Contract Specifications or Drawings is made without formal approval from the authorized parties. Ensure all quality documentation, including WIRs/IRs, MIRs, NCRs, test reports, certificates, ITPs, and commissioning records, is complete and properly controlled. Manage quality punch-list closure and support project Taking-Over and Final Completion. Prepare the Project Quality Close-Out Report and capture Lessons Learned.<br><br> Qualifications & Experience<br>Saudi Resident with Transferable Iqama.
