<p>We are a fast-growing Saudi brand specializing in tissue products with our own manufacturing facility and production lines.&nbsp;</p><p>We are building a high-end in-house content studio and factory media team to create daily premium content for TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram Reels, Meta Ads, and YouTube Shorts.</p><p>We are looking for a highly creative and professional Videographer &amp; Video Editor who can produce cinematic factory content, product commercials, UGC-style videos, and high-converting social media creatives.</p><p>This role requires someone who understands both:</p><ul><li>Professional video production</li><li>Performance marketing / social media content</li></ul><p>The ideal candidate must be capable of filming inside a factory environment while maintaining premium cinematic quality.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Shoot professional video content inside the factory and studio</li><li>Film moving subjects and models using gimbals and cinematic camera movements</li><li>Create high-quality product commercials and social media creatives</li><li>Produce TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts content</li><li>Operate professional cinema cameras, lenses, lighting setups, and audio equipment</li><li>Capture cinematic B-roll and factory production footage</li><li>Create fast-paced and engaging edits optimized for social media retention</li><li>Edit videos professionally using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects</li><li>Add motion graphics, transitions, sound design, subtitles, and visual effects</li><li>Set up and manage lighting equipment for studio and factory shoots</li><li>Record clean audio in noisy factory environments</li><li>Collaborate with models and marketing team to produce daily creative content</li><li>Organize and manage content files, footage, and creative assets</li><li>Generate new creative ideas and social-first video concepts regularly</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Strong experience in professional videography and cinematic shooting</li><li>Advanced experience with:<ul><li>Adobe Premiere Pro</li><li>Adobe After Effects</li><li>Color grading</li><li>Sound design</li><li>Motion graphics</li></ul></li><li>Strong understanding of social media video trends and performance creatives</li><li>Experience using professional camera systems such as:<ul><li>Sony FX3</li><li>Sony A7S III</li><li>Similar cinema cameras</li></ul></li><li>Experience with:<ul><li>Gimbals (DJI RS series)</li><li>Professional lighting</li><li>Wireless microphones</li><li>Studio setups</li></ul></li><li>Ability to shoot handheld and moving cinematic shots professionally</li><li>Understanding of framing, composition, lighting, and storytelling</li><li>Experience creating high-converting ad creatives is highly preferred</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced content production environment</li><li>Creative mindset with strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to deliver daily content consistently</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working with DTC brands or e-commerce brands</li><li>Experience creating TikTok and Snapchat ad creatives</li><li>Experience filming inside factories or industrial environments</li><li>Knowledge of AI video tools and modern content workflows</li><li>Experience with cinematic product advertisements</li><li>Understanding of performance marketing creatives and hooks</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Equipment Knowledge</strong></p><p>The candidate should be experienced with:</p><ul><li>Sony FX3 / A7S III camera systems</li><li>Sigma Art lenses / Sony GM lenses</li><li>DJI RS4 Pro gimbal</li><li>Aputure / Nanlite lighting systems</li><li>Rode Wireless Pro microphones</li><li>Professional studio lighting setups</li><li>Factory shooting setups and mobile production workflows</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><ul><li>Full-time position</li><li>On-site work inside factory and studio environment</li><li>Daily content production workflow</li><li>Opportunity to build one of the strongest in-house content teams in the Saudi market</li></ul>
