Position Summary The QA / Test Analyst is responsible for test analysis, test design, and quality validation across assigned Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules and integrated retail workflows. The role operates within a fast-paced, project-based environment and combines requirement analysis, test coverage planning, hands-on execution, defect management, and release validation.<br>The role is accountable for translating business and functional requirements into effective and traceable test coverage. It contributes to release readiness by identifying requirement gaps, integration risks, and quality concerns early while ensuring testing activities are completed in line with organizational quality standards, compliance requirements, and delivery timelines.<br>Key Responsibilities Review business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and change requests for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and associated retail workflows. Translate business and technical requirements into clear test scenarios, test cases, test data, and traceability records. Manage test design and coverage for assigned modules, including customer management, loyalty, promotions, pricing, orders, returns, and related retail workflows. Plan and execute functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and end-to-end testing across CRM and connected systems. Validate data flow and business transactions between Dynamics 365 CRM and integrated platforms such as POS, ecommerce, ERP, and reporting solutions. Test CRM configurations, workflows, business rules, forms, security roles, custom entities, and system customizations following application changes. Identify, log, prioritize, track, and retest defects with clear reproduction steps, impact details, and supporting evidence. Coordinate with developers, business analysts, functional consultants, and product stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve quality concerns. Support UAT activities by preparing test data, assisting business users, and recording feedback and defects accurately. Maintain and improve regression test coverage following releases, configuration updates, and business process changes. Report test progress, coverage, defect status, dependencies, and open quality risks to relevant stakeholders. Support and guide junior testers on test-case quality, execution practices, and defect-reporting standards where required. Adhere to organizational quality standards, compliance requirements, and delivery timelines. Technical responsibilities Design and execute test scenarios and test cases for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules and integrated retail workflows. Validate Dynamics 365 configurations, customizations, workflows, plugins, security roles, forms, and business rules. Perform API validation using Postman, Soap UI, or equivalent tools. Perform SQL-based data validation and backend verification to confirm data accuracy and integration behavior. Validate end-to-end workflows across Dynamics 365 CRM, POS, ecommerce, ERP, and associated interfaces. Review application logs, integration responses, and test results to identify quality risks and potential root causes. Contribute to automated regression coverage by executing and maintaining existing scripts where applicable. Maintain complete test documentation, traceability, execution evidence, and defect records. Follow STLC, test-design techniques, defect-management practices, and release-validation standards. Soft skills Strong requirement-analysis and test-design capabilities. Experience in functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and end-to-end testing. Experience testing integrated enterprise applications and data flows. Experience with retail workflows such as customer management, loyalty, promotions, pricing, orders, returns, and channel operations. Experience supporting UAT, release validation, and defect triage activities. Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, or project-based delivery environments. Experience supporting or guiding junior testers is preferred. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer specialized in Fit-Out and Finishing Projects to ensure that all construction and finishing activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and applicable requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing quality control procedures, conducting site inspections, managing quality documentation, and coordinating with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality project delivery.<br>Key Responsibilities Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and quality control processes. Conduct regular inspections of fit-out and finishing activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards. Inspect architectural and finishing works including flooring, ceilings, painting, wall finishes, partitions, doors, joinery, tiling, and other interior works. Review and verify materials, workmanship, and installation methods against approved submittals and specifications. Prepare, submit, and follow up on Inspection Requests (IRs), Method Statements, Material Submittals, and other quality-related documents. Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions. Prepare and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure timely closure of corrective actions. Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding quality requirements and inspections. Monitor site activities and ensure that approved materials and construction methods are properly implemented. Maintain accurate QA/QC records, inspection reports, test results, checklists, and project quality documentation. Participate in testing, commissioning, and final inspections as required. Support the project team in achieving quality objectives, minimizing defects, and ensuring timely project completion. Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, standards, and company quality policies.<br>Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related engineering field. Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer in fit-out, interior, finishing, or architectural construction projects. Strong knowledge of fit-out and finishing construction activities and quality requirements. Good understanding of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, Method Statements, Inspection Requests, NCRs, and material approvals. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify construction defects and quality issues. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. GCC/Saudi Arabia project experience is preferred.
