<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ul><li>Oversee and direct all electrical and instrumentation (E&amp;I) maintenance activities, ensuring optimal performance of equipment and systems.</li><li>Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs, minimizing downtime and extending the lifespan of critical assets.</li><li>Manage a team of E&amp;I technicians, providing technical guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.</li><li>Troubleshoot complex electrical and instrumentation issues, utilizing diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve problems efficiently.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.</li><li>Holds relevant certifications such as a Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent, demonstrating technical competence.</li><li>Minimum 8+ years of experience in E&amp;I maintenance within the Oil &amp; Gas, Petrochemical, or Manufacturing industries.</li><li>Demonstrates expertise in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various electrical equipment, including transformers, switchgears, and motors.</li></ul><p></p></section>
