Full knowledge of hazards in the workplace</li> <li>Quality - Apply core knowledge of Quality skills; Quality Measurement, Prioritization, Improvement, assessment, and Certification etc to sustain Quality standards in the factory operation</li> <li>Receive from Supply planning the production plan and organize with them the production schedule.</li> <li>Based on the production schedule, organize the manpower accordingly with the standard to achieve the targeted cost</li> <li>Make sure that the production lines keep the expected OLE.</li> <li>You will assist in the identification of critical control points on the equipment and that they are able to be inspected according to QM procedures, whilst ensuring that these requirements are included in the maintenance schedules.</li> <li>Make sure that the production attainment will be achieved also by meeting the expected production cost by reducing costs due to waste and minimizing impact to health, safety and the environment through working to eliminate waste and through the correct management of waste and hazardous materials.</li> <li>Coach, develop and motivate others by identifying regular maintenance tasks that can generally be done by others.</li> <li>Make sure that the equipment will be maintained in basic condition by implementing the standard of Autonomous Maintenance</li> <li>Make sure that the startup operations change over and clean accordingly with GMP to be executed following the appropriate company standard.</li> <li>Cooperate with maintenance team, to organize the schedule for the planned maintenance.</li> <li>Participate in conducting trial and industrial tests of new types of packaging materials, raw materials and finished products.</li> <li>Make proposals on the organization of workplaces to reduce labor costs and improve sanitation and hygiene.</li> <li>Make sure that put in place the defined actions to eliminate all detected process deviations</li> <li>Digitize manual working files in operation and reduce NVAA.</li> <li>Check material availability and use SAP to conduct stock count in production area.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> <b>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</b> </p> <ul> <li>Diploma or bachelor s degree in either (Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical) discipline or a strong technical background with 2+ years of experience managing teams.</li> <li>Ability to make critical decisions during operation failures, define priorities and work under pressure.</li> <li>Practical experience of applying preventative maintenance and autonomous maintenance</li> <li>Candidates must be able to analyze factory and technical processes to identify opportunities for performance improvement.</li> <li>Excellent leadership and communication skills with stakeholders to maintain operation goals.</li> <li>Use Microsoft office (Excell, Word, Power point, Power BI, etc..)</li> <li>Experience of operating with semi-autonomous or autonomous teams</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> <b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</b> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor s degree in either (Mechanical, Electrical and chemical)</li> <li>Use digital tools / programing to automate manual work.</li> <li>Knowledge in applying UMS, TPM or any relevant continues improvement concepts.</li> <li>Experience in FMCG</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Unilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
