<p><strong>Job Title: Project Manager (Civil Engineering Certification)</strong><br><strong>Organization: Art Creator Factory</strong><br><strong>Location: Qatif, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia</strong></p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong><br>We are seeking a Project Manager with a civil engineering background to oversee the execution of art installation projects and custom décors, from planning to final delivery, coordinating with the Interior Design, Production, and Manufacturing departments.</p><p><strong>Educational Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor of Civil Engineering (mandatory)</li><li>PMP certification or equivalent (preferred)</li></ul><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>2–5 years minimum in project management, preferably with experience in manufacturing, installations, décor, or construction projects</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Essential Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Preparing and managing project schedules</li><li>Budget and cost management and tracking variances</li><li>Ability to read engineering and technical drawings</li><li>Coordination between Interior Design, Production, and Procurement teams</li><li>Risk management and on-site problem solving</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills with clients and suppliers</li><li>Proficiency in project management software (MS Project or similar) and ERP programs (prefer experience with Odoo)</li><li>Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)</li></ul><p><strong>Key Tasks:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Supervise project execution from acceptance to delivery</li><li>Ensure adherence to quality and technical specifications agreed with the client</li><li>Prepare periodic reports to Production Manager/Top Management on workflow</li><li>Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors when needed</li><li>Monitor occupational safety at installation sites</li></ul>
