<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ul><li>Oversee and direct all electrical and instrumentation (E&amp;I) maintenance activities, ensuring optimal performance of equipment and systems.</li><li>Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs, minimizing downtime and extending the lifespan of critical assets.</li><li>Manage a team of E&amp;I technicians, providing technical guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.</li><li>Troubleshoot complex electrical and instrumentation issues, utilizing diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve problems efficiently.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.</li><li>Holds relevant certifications such as a Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent, demonstrating technical competence.</li><li>Minimum 8+ years of experience in E&amp;I maintenance within the Oil &amp; Gas, Petrochemical, or Manufacturing industries.</li><li>Demonstrates expertise in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various electrical equipment, including transformers, switchgears, and motors.</li></ul><p></p></section>

<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p><ul><li><p>Oversees the activities of quality control section for steel plant operations and production, ensuring production output adheres by the standards and expectations of management and customers.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Quality Standards and Procedures</strong></p><ul><li><p>Coordinate with the production unit and sales &amp; marketing to set/update the standards with respect to quality parameters and metallurgical process questions.</p></li><li><p>Improve internal policies and procedures to conduct quality control checks on raw materials, products as well as production lines.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Manage Quality Control &amp; Quality Assurance Activities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Monitor quality control checks schedules, allocate required resources, and coordinate with the production units to ensure alignment on schedules.</p></li><li><p>Support the Department Manager on the annual budget and the strategic plan for the Quality Control department.</p></li><li><p>Supervises and coordinates trials for cost savings and quality improvements.</p></li><li><p>Ensure availability of equipment and consumables required for the quality control lab and issue MPRs when required.</p></li><li><p>Coordinates all necessary communication, instructions and agreements related to the department and from Management reaches everyone in the shop.</p></li><li><p>Monitoring and making sure that the IMS (ISO) system is established and implemented properly.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Performance Management</strong></p><ul><li><p>Monitor section level KPIs for the Quality Control Section and cascade them to the lower level.</p></li><li><p>Help in reviewing customer complaints on product quality and assess implications on existing quality control standards and processes.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Staff and Self Development</strong></p><ul><li><p>Ensure all quality control section staff undergo required specialization and HSE training.</p></li><li><p>Take ownership of own career and skill development by constantly maintaining and increasing subject matter expertise in both general and required specialization areas, working closely with department heads.</p></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p>Engineering Degree (Metallurgical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering preferred) or equivalent technical degree.</p></li><li><p>Certified Lead auditor as per ISO 9001.</p></li><li><p>7+ years’ practical experiences in Quality Control in a Steel Plant or similar process industry sector.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Knowledgeable in ERP systems.</p></li><li><p>Expert in quality systems, tools and processes.</p></li><li><p>Sound knowledge of company’s culture as well as its operational and business processes.</p></li></ul><p></p></section>
