<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>As part of the KSA sales team the primary role of this position is to maximize sales volume, minimize stales, achievement of distribution targets, implementation of agreed merchandising standards, collection of accounts receivable and maintaining high levels of customer service. The supervisor will be required to attend training courses designed to improve levels of professionalism and customer service. The supervisor is required to complete a daily debriefing with his pre-sellers</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>

<li>Agree with the DSM volume & stales targets for the customers served by the pre-sellers and communicate to all sales staff.</li>
<li>Conduct daily de-briefing sessions with all pre-sellers. These meetings must include a review of all key measures included in the KPI report. As a result of these meetings all pre-sellers will be supplied with an action plan to improve performance.</li>
<li>Meet with the merchandisers serving the outlets managed by the supervisor on a weekly basis. These meetings will ensure all of the merchandising team are fully briefed regarding in-store merchandising arrangements including details of any promotional activity that is planned. The supervisor will also be required to review merchandising arrangements on an ongoing basis to achieve the optimum use of the merchandising team.</li>
<li>The supervisor will prepare journey plans for all pre-sellers under his control & confirm customer service frequency with the pre-sellers. The call frequencies as well as the journey plan are key to maintaining the levels of customer satisfaction demanded by the company. The actual customers visited on a daily basis will be reviewed with the pre-sellers during the daily debriefing sessions.</li>
<li>Planning of all holidays and relief cover to ensure continuity of agreed customer service standards.</li>
<li>The supervisor and the Finance Dept. will ensure all outstanding monies are accounted for prior to the pre-seller departing on vacation.</li>
<li>Provide on the job training by accompanying pre-sellers on their journey plans. The supervisor will accompany pre-sellers four days each week.</li>
<li>The supervisor is responsible for the planning of his trade visits with the pre-sellers on a period basis using the attached planning form and supplying his manager with a copy the week prior to the start of the period. During these sessions with the salesman the supervisor will be able to measure the standards being achieved and at the same time develop his relationship with his customers.</li>
<li>Attend a monthly team briefing session with the DSM. This meeting will require the supervisor to present a summary of his team s performance vs. plan & the actions agreed for the following month. The supervisor will brief his team within seven days of the DSM meeting.</li>
</ul>
<p>The following Key Performance Indicators (KPI s) will be used to measure a supervisor s performance. Failure to deliver consistently the results required will lead to disciplinary action.</p>

<p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p><br><p>Provide strategic leadership and oversight for occupational health and medical services across remote industrial and mining operations. Responsible for occupational health programs, medical governance, health risk management, contractor oversight, fitness-for-duty assessments, employee wellbeing initiatives, emergency preparedness, and management of healthcare service providers operating multiple clinic locations.</p><br><p><strong>Key Accountabilities:</strong></p><br><p><strong>Occupational Health Leadership</strong></p><br><ul><li>Act as the Company's Occupational Health Advisor and Subject Matter Expert.</li><li>Ensure employees can safely perform the physical, psychological, and cognitive requirements of their roles without undue risk to themselves, others, or the environment.</li><li>Develop and implement occupational health strategies, policies, standards, and procedures.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local, national, and international occupational health regulations and industry best practices.</li></ul><p><strong>Occupational Health Programs</strong></p><br><ul><li>Develop and implement occupational health programs tailored to mining, processing, and industrial operations.</li><li>Establish and oversee medical surveillance programs for occupational exposures including noise, dust, chemicals, heat stress, ergonomics, and respiratory hazards.</li><li>Lead fitness-for-duty, return-to-work, pre-employment, periodic, and exit medical assessment programs.</li><li>Serve as advisor on work restrictions, accommodations, and employee rehabilitation programs.</li></ul><p><strong>Health Risk Management</strong></p><br><ul><li>Develop Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) and support operational risk management processes.</li><li>Participate in workplace inspections, hazard identification, and risk control programs.</li><li>Conduct investigations of occupational illnesses and industrial accidents and recommend preventive measures.</li><li>Review Lost Time Injuries (LTI), Restricted Work Cases (RWC), and work-related health incidents.</li></ul><p><strong>Clinical Governance & Quality</strong></p><br><ul><li>Oversee clinical governance and ensure delivery of high-quality healthcare services.</li><li>Conduct audits and inspections of clinics to evaluate quality, compliance, staffing, equipment, and service effectiveness.</li><li>Establish medical protocols, treatment guidelines, and quality assurance programs.</li><li>Monitor clinical performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul><p><strong>Emergency Preparedness & SLAs, and company standards.</li><li>Oversee staffing, recruitment, onboarding, competency management, and performance of vendor personnel.</li><li>Conduct regular vendor performance reviews, audits, and service evaluations.</li><li>Manage contract budgets, invoices, mobilization, service improvement plans, and corrective actions.</li></ul><p><strong>Employee Health & Wellbeing</strong></p><br><ul><li>Lead employee wellness, health promotion, and disease prevention initiatives.</li><li>Develop programs focused on physical wellbeing, mental health, stress management, and healthy lifestyles.</li><li>Promote workforce health awareness and education programs.</li></ul><p><strong>Stakeholder Management</strong></p><br><ul><li>Collaborate with Operations, HR, HSE, Procurement, and senior management.</li><li>Provide technical advice on occupational health matters.</li><li>Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on workforce health performance and occupational health trends.</li></ul><p><strong>Leadership & People Management</strong></p><br><ul><li>Lead and develop multidisciplinary healthcare teams across multiple locations.</li><li>Mentor medical staff and support professional development initiatives.</li><li>Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.</li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Required Qualifications:</strong></p><br><ul><li>Mandatory minimum: PhD, DrPH, or equivalent doctoral-level qualification in Occupational Medicine, Occupational & Environmental Medicine, Industrial Medicine, Environmental/Occupational Health, or Public Health with a clear occupational/industrial health concentration.</li><li>The doctoral qualification must be directly relevant to occupational health, mining health, industrial health, environmental/occupational exposures, medical surveillance, or workforce health-risk governance.</li><li>Candidates with only MBBS/MD or a bachelor-level medical degree, without the required doctoral-level or consultant/senior specialist occupational health qualification, shall not meet the minimum requirement.</li><li>Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration and professional classification appropriate to the role.</li><li>Consultant or senior specialist classification in Occupational Medicine, Occupational & Environmental Medicine, Preventive Medicine, Public Health, or equivalent relevant specialty is required where applicable to licensing and appointment level.</li><li>Occupational Medicine fellowship, board certification, consultant classification, or equivalent senior postgraduate specialist credential is strongly preferred in addition to the doctoral requirement.</li><li>ISO 45001 Internal Auditor, NEBOSH IGC, occupational hygiene interface, health risk assessment, medical surveillance, or industrial health auditing certifications are desirable only; they are not substitutes for the required doctoral/senior occupational health qualification.</li><li>Priority profile: Occupational Medicine PhD holder, consultant occupational physician, or doctoral-level public health/occupational health expert with proven heavy-industry exposure.</li><li>Direct experience in mining, mineral processing, gold, phosphate, aluminum, smelting, oil & gas, petrochemical, manufacturing, or other high-risk heavy industries is strongly preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to act as the company medical authority for occupational health risk, exposure-based surveillance, fitness-for-duty decisions, contractor medical fitness, and remote-site medical readiness.</li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Experience:</strong></p><br><ul><li>Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in occupational health, occupational medicine, industrial medicine, public health, or corporate medical services, preferably including senior-level governance responsibilities.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of direct exposure to mining, mineral processing, oil & gas, petrochemical, smelting, manufacturing, or other high-risk heavy industry is strongly preferred.</li><li>Proven experience designing, governing, or auditing exposure-based medical surveillance programs for hazards such as respirable dust/silica, chemicals, heavy metals, noise, heat stress, fatigue, ergonomics, respiratory hazards, and other site-specific industrial exposures.</li><li>Experience governing multiple remote clinics, industrial medical facilities, ambulance services, outsourced healthcare providers, or contractor medical services is preferred.</li><li><p>Experience in emergency medical preparedness for remote industrial settings, including trauma stabilization, chemical exposure response, mass casualty readiness, medevac
