<p><strong>Role Overview</strong><br>The Sales Representative will drive revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and managing key accounts within the oil and gas industry. </p><p>This role requires strong technical understanding, commercial acumen, and the ability to build long-term relationships with OCTG manufacturers, drilling contractors, and field service companies.</p><p><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br>* Identify, pursue, and secure new business/potential opportunities across upstream, focus on the OCTG and Drilling Contractors.<br>* Manage and support sales director for the full sales cycle from lead generation to make deals.<br>* Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.<br>* Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to technical and procurement teams.<br>* Identify operational pain points and recommend suitable equipment or service solutions with internal teams.<br>* Deliver product training to customers.<br>* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.<br>* Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.<br>* Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, finance) to ensure successful project delivery.<br>* Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.<br>* Track performance and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.</p><p><br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br>* Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, Engineering, Business, or related field in Oil and Gas.<br>* 2-5 years of sales experience in the oil & gas industry.<br>* Understanding of drilling, completions, production, field services or OCTG.<br>* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.<br>* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.<br>* Ability to travel to client sites, rigs, and industry events in GCC.<br> </p><p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong><br>* Experience selling technical equipment, chemicals, valves, instrumentation, or service packages<br>* Existing network within major drilling operators and OCTG manufacturers.<br>* Knowledge of tendering processes in the GCC.</p>
