<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>A leading multinational construction company is looking for QC Managers for Oil &amp; Gas ARamco pipelines project in KSA.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Manage full organization of QA activities and personnel</p></li><li><p>Prepare, review and approve project quality plan</p></li><li><p>Prepare inspection procedures</p></li><li><p>Prepare Inspection test Plan (ITP)</p></li><li><p>Review and approved material requisition package</p></li><li><p>Review and approved Inspection Assignment Package</p></li><li><p>Apply audit and assessment requirements</p></li><li><p>Gather and analyse relevant process data</p></li><li><p>Interview / review prospective personnel</p></li><li><p>Ensure correct control of documents and data</p></li><li><p>Evaluate personnel and propose training</p></li><li><p>Ensure maximum efficiency of resources</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with the client items related to quality</p></li><li><p>Communicate with all involved personnel on Quality issues</p></li><li><p>Responsible for the implementation of project site Quality Management System for the construction activities</p></li><li><p>Communicate with all involved personnel on Quality issues</p></li><li><p>Review project and other relevant specifications and standards</p></li><li><p>Approved issuance of NCR and follow-up the closure-out</p></li><li><p>Prepare project quality documents for internal audit</p></li><li><p>Supervise and monitor the project quality personnel group</p></li><li><p>Allocates quality control personnel to the various respective areas of concern</p></li><li><p>Plan mobilization and de-mobilization of quality control personnel on the project</p></li><li><p>Conduct quality meeting with his QC inspectors team</p></li></ul><p>Skills</p><ul><li><br></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 15 years of direct experience in Quality Assurance system activities</p></li><li><p>Should have quality control inspection experience</p></li><li><p>Five (5) years in managing quality system related to contract scope of work (. oil, gas and petrochemical projects)</p></li><li><p>Shall have minimum five (5) years directly relating to supervision of construction activities in the contract scope of work (. oil, gas and petrochemical projects)</p></li><li><p>Shall have a university degree or equivalent</p></li><li><p>Able to exercise judgment against the criteria of the standards</p></li><li><p>Shall have a demonstrated knowledge and training in the ISO-9001 Series International Standards or equivalent</p></li><li><p>Shall have a demonstrated knowledge and training in the use of measuring and test equipment routinely used in conducting inspections.</p></li></ul><p>This job is posted in the following Specialties:</p><p>Quality Inspection Quality Assurance QC Internal Controls ISO</p><p>Education</p><p>Bachelor Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering</p><p></p></section>
