Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead the overall data, technology, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems strategy.</li><li>Own the technology roadmap, including POS systems, ERP, digital ordering, integrations, automation, data platforms, and business applications.</li><li>Manage and improve critical systems across all locations to ensure reliability, availability, performance, and scalability.</li><li>Lead the organization s data strategy by centralizing data sources, improving reporting capabilities, and enabling better business decision-making.</li><li>Develop and improve dashboards, analytics tools, reporting models, and data visibility for key stakeholders.</li><li>Oversee technology operations, including infrastructure, networks, systems, support, cybersecurity, data governance, and analytics.</li><li>Lead the integration architecture between core systems such as POS, ERP, CRM, ordering platforms, finance systems, and reporting tools.</li><li>Manage technology vendors, contracts, service providers, implementation partners, SLAs, and support agreements.</li><li>Ensure cybersecurity controls, policies, risk management, incident response, and access management processes are properly implemented.</li><li>Maintain compliance with relevant data protection, cybersecurity, and local regulatory requirements.</li><li>Support digital transformation initiatives that improve guest experience, operational efficiency, automation, and business growth.</li><li>Build and maintain technology policies, governance frameworks, documentation, and standard operating procedures.</li><li>Monitor system uptime, project delivery, cybersecurity incidents, vendor performance, and technology KPIs.</li><li>Lead, develop, and manage technology and data teams with clear accountability and performance expectations.</li><li>Prepare technology performance reports, roadmap updates, risks, and recommendations for senior leadership.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data, Business Technology, or a related field.</p><p>Minimum 10 years of experience in technology, IT, data, digital transformation, systems, or enterprise applications.</p><p>Minimum 5 years of experience in a technology leadership role managing multiple technology functions or teams.</p><p>Experience in F&amp;B, retail, hospitality, restaurants, or multi-location businesses is strongly preferred.</p><p>Strong experience with POS systems, ERP systems, digital ordering platforms, integrations, and business applications.</p><p>Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, system administration, and business continuity.</p><p>Experience leading data strategy, data governance, analytics, reporting, and dashboard development.</p><p>Strong knowledge of cybersecurity governance, risk management, incident response, access control, and compliance.</p><p>Knowledge of local data protection and cybersecurity regulations is preferred.</p><p>Proven experience managing technology vendors, contracts, SLAs, implementation partners, and support providers.</p><p>Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage technical teams and business stakeholders.</p><p>Strong project management, roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution skills.</p><p>Ability to translate business needs into practical technology and data solutions.</p><p>Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</p><p>Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.</p><p>Strong command of Arabic and English.</p>
