Job Description The Senior Contracts Manager will oversee surveying and land information management activities for infrastructure projects. This role requires an experienced professional with a comprehensive understanding of infrastructure development, contract management, and project delivery. The position involves managing complex, multi-faceted infrastructure initiatives from conception through completion. Your day at NTT DATA The Talent Acquisition Partner is a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for working closely with line managers by providing support with the entire recruitment process. This role works closely with the HR organization by assisting with full life cycle of talent acquisition to support dynamic business growth. The Talent Acquisition Partner actively participates in the deployment of global projects in region relating to the improvement of talent acquisition practices. Key responsibilities: Supports peers and teams in the performance of duties and completion of talent acquisition work priorities. Works on strategic projects such as the development of competency-based interview guides which are mapped to the competencies mapped to current jobs. Collates sources of information regarding candidates, including information from employment checks, psychometric assessments and discuss it with the hiring manager to facilitate an appropriate hiring decision. Monitors and maintains internal and external job postings. Ensures that all new hires are onboarded in a professional and engaging way. Extracts the necessary data required for monthly and weekly reporting from the e-recruitment system and assists with the analysis of this data, preparing it for presentation to the relevant forums. Seasoned demonstrated track record of developing and executing strategic talent acquisition plans that align with the organization's overall business objectives.
