Supply Chain Management</b></p><br><ul><li>Support procurement strategies for consultants, contractors, suppliers, and specialist subcontractors.</li><li>Review tender submissions, commercial evaluations, and contract recommendations.</li><li>Assist in contract negotiations and award processes.</li><li>Ensure procurement activities align with project delivery strategies and commercial objectives.</li><li>Monitor contractor and subcontractor commercial performance and contractual compliance.</li><li>Participate in value engineering and procurement optimization initiatives.</li></ul><p><b>Commercial Risk Management</b></p><br><ul><li>Identify, assess, and manage commercial risks related to project delivery, scope changes, delays, inflation, and contractual disputes.</li><li>Develop mitigation strategies to minimize financial and contractual exposure.</li><li>Monitor project financial health and provide early warning notices on emerging risks.</li><li>Support dispute avoidance and resolution processes.</li><li>Contribute to project risk registers and commercial reviews.</li></ul><p><b>Stakeholder Management</b></p><br><ul><li>Act as the primary commercial point of contact between the client, contractors, consultants, and project teams.</li><li>Participate in commercial meetings, contract review meetings, and progress workshops.</li><li>Coordinate closely with Project Directors, Resident Engineers, Cost Managers, Planning Teams, and Technical Specialists.</li><li>Provide commercial guidance to multidisciplinary project teams.</li><li>Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders.</li></ul>About you<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.</li><li>Master's Degree in Commercial Management, Construction Law, Project Management, or related field is preferred.</li><li>MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) is highly preferred.</li><li>Professional certifications in Contract Management, Commercial Management, or Construction Law are advantageous.</li><li>Membership in recognized professional institutions is desirable.</li><li>15 to 20 years of professional commercial and contract management experience.</li><li>Minimum 10 years of experience on major high-rise and building construction projects.</li><li>Proven experience in consultant, PMC, client, or major contractor organizations.</li><li>Experience throughout the full project lifecycle, including procurement, construction, claims management, and final account closure.</li><li>Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries is highly desirable.</li><li>Experience managing contracts with values exceeding SAR 500 million is advantageous.</li><li>Strong understanding of Saudi construction market practices and regulations.</li><li>Experience in contract interpretation and dispute resolution.</li><li>Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Strong financial and commercial acumen.</li><li>Ability to evaluate complex contractual and commercial matters.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>Strong report writing and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple stakeholders within a fast-paced project environment.</li></ul><span>Rewards &amp;
