About the Role We are looking for an experienced OT / ICS Cybersecurity professional who has worked directly in industrial plants and production environments. The role involves securing industrial systems such as PLCs, SCADA, DCS, HMIs, and industrial networks without affecting plant operations or causing downtime. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on OT security experience, good communication skills, and confidence in working directly with customers and plant teams. We are seeking a Lead Architect to join the PMC team for a metro project in Riyadh. The role will support the Engineering Manager in overseeing the architectural design management, technical coordination, and design review across all project phases, ensuring that the station achieves the highest standards of functionality, passenger experience, urban integration, buildability, and design excellence. The successful candidate will bring strong experience in the delivery of major transport, infrastructure, or iconic public building projects, with proven capability in managing multidisciplinary coordination within a Project Management Consultant (PMC) environment. A strong understanding of GCC project delivery standards, stakeholder expectations, approvals processes, and regional authority requirements is essential Key responsibilities:Support the Engineering Manager in all architectural matters related under PMC scope. Act as the architectural focal point within the PMC team and coordinate closely with the Engineering Manager on technical reviews and design decisions. AI workloads bring their own demands. GPUs, model serving, inference autoscaling, and token cost all shape the work, and you have run workloads like these before. You should be comfortable owning infrastructure as code, CI/CD, observability, and security on AWS, and ready to set the operational standards a growing team will lean on. WHAT YOU WILL DO Write and maintain infrastructure as code so environments are reproducible, reviewable, and quick to recover. Own CI/CD: the pipelines that build, test, scan, and deploy applications, agents, and model-serving services. Run the container platform (EKS, ECS, or Fargate) and the deployment workflows on top of it, including GitOps where it fits Stand up the runtime for AI workloads: GPU capacity, model serving such as vLLM, Triton, or TGI, inference autoscaling, and the gateways and caching that sit in front of the models. Manage API gateways, networking, load balancing, DNS, and certificates so services are exposed safely and predictably. Own secrets, identity, and least-privilege access across every environment. Participation is project-based, not permanent employment. What This Opportunity Involves We're building a dataset to evaluate AI coding agents - how well a model handles real-world developer tasks. You'll create challenging tasks and evaluation criteria within realistic simulated environments: Build realistic developer environments - a virtual company with codebase, infrastructure, and context (tickets, docs, conversations) that forms a believable development history Design tasks from intermediate states of these environments - craft the prompt, define what "solved" means, and ensure the task is solvable by an AI agent Write tests that verify agent solutions - accept all valid approaches and reject incorrect ones, neither too strict nor too lenient Iterate on tasks and tests based on QA feedback - review agent solutions, analyze failures, and refine until the evaluation is fair and robust What This Is NOT Not data labeling Not prompt engineering Not writing code from scratch - the agent writes most of the code; you guide and evaluate What We Look For 5+ years in software development Core stack: Python (Fast API), Java Script/Type Script (React), Docker, Postgres, Kafka, Redis Experience writing tests (functional, integration) English proficiency - B2+ Why this is hard Frontier models are already good at coding. Creating a task that genuinely challenges the best models is non-trivial. You need to deeply understand where models fail and what scenarios reveal the difference between a good and a bad solution.
