Description: The Pre-Sales Engineer plays a pivotal role in delivering Dahua’s high quality products, solutions, and services. Role Description The Specification Engineer – Landscape Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. This role involves preparing detailed landscape specifications, technical documentation, and material submittals in line with project requirements, local regulations, and international standards. The position includes coordinating with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that landscape plans, green roofing, irrigation systems, and hardscape/softscape elements are correctly specified and implemented. Job Summary Mobco Group is seeking an experienced Technical Office Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical) to join our project team for prestigious hospitality and high-rise developments in Riyadh and Jeddah. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical engineering expertise and hands-on experience in managing technical office activities, design coordination, shop drawing reviews, material submittals, and engineering documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all MEP works are executed in accordance with project specifications, approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities Review and coordinate Mechanical or Electrical shop drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements.
