Summary:We are looking for a BMS Engineer to join our team and support the execution, installation supervision, testing, commissioning, and handover of Building Management System works. The candidate should have practical site experience, strong technical understanding of BMS field devices and controllers, HVAC systems and the ability to coordinate effectively with project stakeholders. <br>Job Overview: Position: BMS Engineer Work Location: Projects Employment Focus: Site supervision, testing, commissioning, configurations, troubleshooting, documentation, and handover support Preferred Scope: BMS installations, DDC panels, field devices, HVAC controls, BMS communication networks, integrations, programming, graphics, alarms, and system operation<br>Key Responsibilities: Supervise BMS installation activities at site, including 1st, 2nd & 3rd fix works. Coordinate with engineering, construction, QA/QC, vendors, subcontractors, and client representatives to close site issues and complete commissioning activities. Prepare and maintain testing records, commissioning reports, punch lists, inspection requests, redline markups, and handover documentation. Support client inspections, demonstrations, training sessions, and final system acceptance. Ensure that all site activities are performed safely and in accordance with project requirements, permits, and applicable procedures.<br>Requirements: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Controls, or a related engineering field. Hands-on experience in BMS installation, testing, commissioning, and site supervision. Good understanding of HVAC control systems, DDC controllers, field devices, control wiring, networking, and BMS graphics. Ability to read and understand wiring drawings, shop drawings, wiring diagrams, control schematics, IO lists, and sequence of operation documents. Experience with major BMS platforms and Tridium is preferred. Strong troubleshooting, coordination, reporting, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently at site and follow up with multiple stakeholders until issues are closed. Role Purpose:The Supplier Industrialization Quality Engineer is responsible for improving manufacturing efficiency, quality, and cost performance at supplier sites. This role works closely with suppliers to optimize processes, ensure capacity readiness, support new product introductions, and drive continuous improvement aligned with company standards.<br>Key Responsibilities:Evaluate new and existing supplier quality systems and process capability by applying TKEC Supplier assessment policy. Deploy supplier annual audit, product audits, VDA6.3 process audits, and ensure compliance with supplier quality manual requirements to meet quality, cost and delivery targets. Conduct manufacturing process audits, time studies, and line balancing at supplier facilities Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks; implement corrective actions Support suppliers in achieving stable and capable processes (CP/CPK, cycle time, yield) Regularly review supplier performance and prepare supplier performance reports of supplier quality indicators such as Field Escapes PPM, Critical Parts Reliability, Problems Per Job, CAPA closure rate, etc. and take necessary actions to close gaps. Validate supplier capacity, layout, manpower, and equipment for new and existing products. Take ownership and lead cross functional team in supplier quality problems resolution process. Initiate and monitor supplier quality improvement programs. Review and approve process flow, work instructions, PFMEA, and control plans. Support ramp-up, volume increases, and localization projects. Support supplier readiness for new product Introduction and engineering changes. Participate and Execute APQP / PPAP activities/First Article Inspection requirements. Ensure industrialization milestones and deliverables as per Standard Product Development Process (SPDP) are met on time. Work closely with Supplier Quality, Purchasing, R&D, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams Provide technical guidance and training to suppliers when needed. Responsible for training and deployment of Manufacturing Process Control, Variation Reduction, Control Plan Development, Mistake Proofing, 6S, Lean Production and other TKE Company sponsored supplier initiatives. Follow all safety policies, procedures and work instructions according to the safety management system and fulfil his/her responsibilities as stated in the safety manual.<br>Qualifications & Skills:<br>Qualifications:Four-year college or university certificate: Engineering qualification preferable in Mechanical/Production/Automotive/Electrical required. At least 7 years’ experience in manufacturing or supplier engineering in manufacturing set in either Automobile/Industrial/Consumer/Electronics Manufacturing environment. (Elevator manufacturing Preferred). Familiarity with Supplier Quality Management Process. Experience working directly with suppliers for Industrialization and Quality Improvement. Project Management experience will be added advantage. Proficiency is common office Software tools (Excel, PPT, Outlook, etc.) Has Worked in SAP or any other related ERP systems.<br>Skills:Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodology experience Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and control plans Ability to perform time studies, line balancing, and capacity analysis Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Position Overview<br>The Commissioning Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and supervising all commissioning activities across the project lifecycle for ELV, security systems, electrical, mechanical, or multi-disciplinary packages. The role ensures that systems are tested, validated, and handed over in accordance with project specifications, client standards (Aramco/HCIS/EPC), and operational requirements.<br>Location: Project-based (KSA) – Candidate must be willing to travel and relocate as required⸻Key Responsibilities<br>1. Commissioning Planning & Strategy• Develop the overall commissioning plan, procedures, schedules, and resource requirements.• Define system boundaries, commissioning stages, and ITPs in alignment with project specifications.• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and QA/QC teams to ensure readiness.<br>2. The successful candidate will be responsible for site-based activities related to PLC, SCADA, RTU, and instrumentation systems while working closely with customers including the National Water Company (NWC) and Saudi Water Authority (SWA). The role requires strong technical expertise, field experience, troubleshooting capabilities, and direct interaction with customers during project execution and commissioning phases.<br>Key Responsibilities Lead site activities related to automation and control systems for water and wastewater projects. Perform installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of PLC, SCADA, RTU, and instrumentation systems. Configure, program, and modify PLC and RTU applications as required for project execution. Support SCADA system integration, communication networks, and remote monitoring solutions. Conduct site surveys and assess automation system requirements. Supervise and coordinate field technicians and subcontractors during project implementation. Perform loop checking, I/O verification, FAT, SAT, and system commissioning activities. Diagnose control system faults and provide corrective actions to minimize downtime. Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Profinet, and DNP3. Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, control drawings, loop diagrams, and technical documentation.
