Sr Engineer Manager is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing the technical and operational aspects of dosing systems within industrial environments. This role demands a strong background in engineering, particularly in electrical, electronics, or mechatronics, coupled with extensive experience in the dosing equipment sector. The manager not only guides the installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning of complex mechanical and electrical systems but also provides essential technical support to sales and application engineers. Provide the required technical support to the sales and application engineers. Will be responsible to drive the Designing & Detailing from pre-order to completion of feed & dose Projects under his responsibility. Will define priorities for the team to ensure right allocation of resources and project delivery Design and ensure seamless execution of the preventive maintenance plans for the installed equipment under his scope. Manage the troubleshooting activities of our equipment’s at customer sites. Knowledge in overall plant process (Chemical/operation) output criteria/standards and operation philosophy is must. Should be able to read/understand drawings/ Manuals and execute accordingly. Good communication, reporting skill is must. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>The Senior Special Airport Systems (SAS) Engineer will lead the engineering and design review of specialized airport systems under the Project Management Consultant (PMC). The role ensures that all airport systems are designed, integrated, and delivered in accordance with international standards, operational requirements, and stakeholder expectations, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and future scalability.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead the design review and coordination of Special Airport Systems including Baggage Handling Systems (BHS), Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBB), Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS), Public Address (PA), CCTV, Access Control, and Airport Operational Database (AODB).</p></li><li><p>Ensure all system designs comply with project specifications, aviation authority regulations, and international standards.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of airport systems.</p></li><li><p>Review and approve design submissions, shop drawings, technical specifications, and interface documents.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical expertise in system architecture, integration, and interface management across multiple airport systems.</p></li><li><p>Identify design risks, system conflicts, and operational challenges, and propose effective mitigation solutions.</p></li><li><p>Support value engineering initiatives to optimize system performance, cost, and maintainability.</p></li><li><p>Participate in stakeholder meetings, including coordination with airport operators, airlines, and regulatory authorities.</p></li><li><p>Ensure designs meet operational efficiency, passenger experience, and safety requirements.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and review technical reports, design documentation, and ensure timely approvals.</p></li><li><p>Ensure adherence to Hill International’s Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health policies and procedures.</p></li><li><p>Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Director or line manager.</p></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).</p></li><li><p>Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering and design of airport systems, preferably on large international airport projects.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of Special Airport Systems such as BHS, PBB, FIDS, AODB, security systems, and communication networks.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with international aviation standards and guidelines (e.g., ICAO, IATA).</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in multidisciplinary design coordination and system integration.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interface management skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in complex project environments.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.</p></li><li><p>Excellent command of written and spoken English. </p></li><li><p>Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.</p></li></ul><p></p></section>

As product Service engineer controls, you will be responsible for providing timely technical solutions for Heavy Duty, Aero Derivative and compressor control systems and also supporting Motor issues in EMCC driven train</p><br><p><b><b>Collaborate with the best</b></b></p><br><p>As a Lead Product Service Engineer for control Systems, you will be responsible for upholding BH's product integrity by proactively identifying customer issues, investigating technical anomalies, providing technical assessments at both component as well as systems levels, and communicating BH technical solutions to customers. Specific responsibilities include:</p><br><ul><li>Responding to internal and external customer requests for technical issue resolution, using technical product knowledge and analytical skills while adhering to sound engineering principles, standards, practices, procedures. Escalate issues as required, acting as the liaison between field and design engineering to drive specific technical resolution and to help engineering identify, drive corrective actions.</li><li>Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers to make customers’ technical issues/requirements understood and addressed in a timely manner.</li><li>Leading and program manage root cause analysis/investigation activities for product technical issues. Interface with Product Service, System and Design Engineering teams, providing technical leadership to personnel supporting project assigned to resolve customer technical issues.</li><li>Preparing technical presentations for BH Leaders and Customers ensuring the timely communication of significant issues or developments.</li><li> Traveling to customer locations to:</li><li>- Support customer technical review meetings and present recommendations to champion BH's commitment technical solution</li><li>- Support unplanned/forced outages to meet reliability/availability goals</li><li>- Provide commercial teams with technical support for sales and services proposal activities.</li><li>Planning and providing technical engineering oversight to the Contractual Services and Field Services teams during planned outages to meet reliability and availability goals.</li><li>Partnering with the Design Engineering teams and interface with external and internal suppliers to facilitate the logistical implementation of Fleet Program technical solutions.</li></ul><p><b><b>Fuel your passion</b></b></p><br><p>To be successful in this role, you will</p><br><ul><li>Have bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronics /Control & Instrumentation/Electrical & Electronics) OR equivalent</li><li>Have 8-10 years’ experience in design engineering or operation, maintenance & trouble shooting of Heavy Duty, Aero Derivative and compressor control systems and also on Motor issues in EMCC driven train</li><li>Have strong working knowledge of MarkVI, MarkVIe, MarkVIeS & Compressor Controls system Have knowledge of VFDs, Motors & its protection</li><li>Be ready to travel at short notice 20 to 25% of the time.
