Senior Dry Utilities / HV Engineer Summary:The Senior Dry Utilities / HV Engineer supervises installation and testing of high-voltage (HV) cabling and dry utility works, ensuring compliance with design and applicable specifications.<br>Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Professional Membership: -Min. Overall Relevant Experience: 12 years Min. Experience in Similar Role/Projects: 2 years Min. Regional (Middle East) Experience: 5 years Location: Project site, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Construction Supervision services) Language: Fluent spoken, read, and written English required<br>Job Title: Senior Dry Utilities / HV Engineer Role Purpose:Supervise HV cabling and dry utility network construction, ensuring compliance with design and applicable standards. Key Responsibilities:• Dry Utilities/HV Supervision — Supervise installation and testing of HV cabling works and associated dry utility networks (e.g., telecom ducting, LV networks).• Submittal Review — Review contractor shop drawings, material submittals, and electrical/HV design compliance.• Site Verification — Inspect and verify cable laying, jointing, termination, and HV testing/commissioning works.• Interface Coordination — Coordinate HV/dry utilities works interfaces with civil, structural, and roadworks activities.• Progress Reporting — Report HV/dry utilities progress and technical issues to the Resident Engineer / Construction Manager.<br>• Direct site experience with HV cable installation, testing, and commissioning (33k V and above).• Experience with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) specifications and approval processes.<br>Supervises HV cabling and dry utility network construction, reviewing submittals and verifying compliance with electrical design and specifications on site.<br>Provides dry utilities/HV technical oversight across multiple interfacing electrical network packages on large-scale developments, ensuring compliant, coordinated delivery.
