<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>The Site Electrical Engineer is responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical site activities related to EPC High Voltage (HV) / Extra High Voltage (EHV) Substation, infrastructure, and energy projects, ensuring that installation, testing, and commissioning works are executed safely, in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.</p><p><b>Description</b>:</p><ol><li>Familiarizes with project scope of work, general requirements, applicable standards, technical specifications and project milestone schedule.</li><li>Prepares work plan and implementation strategy in line with project schedule and customer requirements for the assigned tasks.</li><li>Supervise day-to-day electrical construction and installation activities at site.</li><li>Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved IFC drawings, method statements, project specifications, and applicable standards.</li><li>Coordinate site activities with subcontractors, supervisors, vendors, and construction teams.</li><li>Ensures work execution as per standards, specifications, procedures and good engineering practices.</li><li>Supervise installation of HV/MV electrical systems including transformers, GIS/AIS switchgear, control and protection panels, cable systems, grounding systems, lighting, and associated electrical equipment.</li><li>Coordinates with members of execution team, supervisors, safety officer and QA/QC engineer.</li><li>Monitor quality and ensure compliance with approved procedures and manufacturer recommendations.</li><li>Ensures implementation of quality control requirements, procedures and guidelines and takes corrective actions where needed.</li><li>Support QA/QC activities, including MIRs, RFIs, inspections, and documentation requirements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements, permit-to-work systems, and safety procedures.</li><li>Monitor site progress and report daily/weekly status updates to Site Manager and Project Management team.</li><li>Identify site issues, delays, or technical conflicts and coordinate timely resolution</li><li>Assists in the successful handing over and close-out of the completed project tasks.</li></ol></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>PMP Certificate.</li><li>Management & Leadership Skills.</li><li>Ability to Motivate People.</li><li>Teamwork & Interpersonal Relationship.</li><li>Primavera P6 / MS Project.</li><li>Computer Skills.</li></ul><p>4-5 years</p><p></p></section>

<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Department - Quality Reports to - QC Engineer Job Purpose Dimensional Inspection of castings & forgings against Customer specification and Drawings in various stages of casting processes .To ensure the product dimension meets the customer requirement . Job Responsibilities Carry out the dimension of casting as per the drawing & specifications Maintaining the measuring and test equipment on area with calibration status Measure and accept as per ISO 8062 std or as per customer requirement or as per the drawing Coordinating with the concern department for the corrective action in case of Dimensional deviation on the casting. Maintaining dimension reports and relevant documents related to the dimension inspection. Follow up on casting Dimensional correction against the dimensional report if any Non conformity found Monitoring Dimensional related NCR effectiveness Ensure the casting Marking and lettering as per the customer drawings and specifications. Carry out visual inspection castings and forgings on the sample castings. Bulk casting / forgings audit inspection related to dimensional inspection. Developing / assisting QC engineer to develop dimensional inspection standards.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p><b>Job Requirements</b><br>1. Education ITI / Diploma in mechanical engineering or similar qualification preferred.<br>2. Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in dimensional inspection. Experience in the steel casting/forging industry is must. Experience in CMM inspection and programming is preferred.<br>3. Certifications NDE certifications ASNT Level II on visual inspection is must. preferred. DE certifications ASNT Level II on MT / PT inspection is preferred<br>4. Technical Skills Proficiency in operating inspection equipment and understanding quality standards. Ability to interpret Engineering drawing and Geometric dimensioning & Tolerancing. Ability to interpret ISO, ASME and ASTM standards related to dimensional and visual is must. Knowledge of moulding and core assembly is must.<br>5. Other Skills Good knowledge on MS office Safety- and quality-focused mindset. Experience - Min 5 - 7 years experience required in Steel casting & forging Plant / NDE</p><p></p></section>
