Culture</strong></p><br><ul><li>Support the delivery of HSE inductions, toolbox talks, awareness campaigns and targeted training initiatives.</li><li>Coach and mentor HSE inspectors, site supervision staff and contractor HSE teams.</li><li>Encourage proactive reporting of hazards, unsafe conditions and near misses.</li><li>Drive behavioural safety initiatives and continuous improvement across the project.</li></ul><p><strong>Environmental Management</strong></p><br><ul><li>Monitor contractor environmental controls including waste management, dust suppression, noise control, spill prevention and protection of existing utilities and surrounding communities.</li><li>Ensure contractors comply with project environmental requirements and applicable Saudi environmental regulations.</li><li>Support environmental inspections, reporting and corrective action close-out.</li></ul><br>Qualifications:<br><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Environmental Science, Construction Management or a related discipline.</li><li>Professional HSE certification such as:<ul><li>NEBOSH International General Certificate as a minimum</li><li>NEBOSH Diploma preferred</li><li>IOSH membership preferred</li><li>OSHA / ISO 45001 Lead Auditor or equivalent would be advantageous</li></ul></li><li>Minimum 15+ years’ experience in HSE roles within construction.</li><li>Significant experience on major roads, highways, bridges or large-scale infrastructure construction projects.</li><li>Previous experience working in the Middle East / GCC is mandatory.</li><li>Saudi Arabia project experience would be highly advantageous.</li><li>Previous experience in a consultancy, PMCM or construction supervision environment is mandatory.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><span><span><strong>Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.</strong></span></span></p><br><p><span><span>Join our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
