Maintain skills and knowledge by participating various nursing education programs, in-service training, nursing symposiums, workshops &amp; etc. Ensure that the necessary financial records are maintained for the Finance Department. Staff should be competent as follows: Insert a urinary catheter and provide care for the patient with indwelling catheter. Provides appropriate care for patient receiving enteral feeding. Safely applies, adapts, removes orthopaedic cast. Provides care for patient with neurological deficit. Provide education and monitoring for patient receiving anticoagulant therapy. Demonstrates the required knowledge, skills and attitude in the safety use of therapeutic devices and immobilization. Provides care for patient with fluid imbalance. Demonstrates sage pre and post operative care for surgical patients. Safely remove staple or sutures. Provides care for patient with total knee replacement and hip replacement.
