Label, prepare, and store specimens correctly. Ensure proper handling and transportation of samples.</p><p>Laboratory Testing: Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, immunology, and pathology. Analyze specimens using laboratory instruments and equipment. Conduct quality control checks before testing.</p><p>Result Analysis and Reporting: Record and verify test results accurately. Identify abnormal findings and report them to the supervising pathologist or physician. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and laboratory records.</p><p>Equipment Maintenance: Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major malfunctions.
