<section><p class="heading jdMain">وصف الوظيفة</p><p class="heading">الأدوار والمسؤوليات</p><div class="paragraph"><p>نحن نبحث عن مدير تكاليف ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا في الرياض. سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن متابعة وتحليل وتقديم تقارير تكلفة المشروع، وضمان أن النفقات تظل متوافقة مع الميزانيات المعتمدة ودعم الإدارة برؤى مالية في الوقت المناسب طوال دورة المشروع الحياتية.</p><p>المسؤوليات الأساسية</p><ul><li>إعداد وتحديث تقارير تكلفة المشروع وتكلفة الاكتمال والتوقعات عند الاكتمال باستخدام RIB Candy.</li><li>مراقبة نفقات المشروع مقابل الميزانيات المعتمدة وتحديد فروق التكاليف.</li><li>إجراء تحليل الأسباب الجذرية وتوصية الإجراءات التصحيحية.</li><li>مراجعة والتحقق من فواتير المقاولين الفرعيين والموردين.</li><li>الحفاظ على هياكل تفصيل التكلفة (CBS) وهياكل تفصيل العمل (WBS).</li><li>تتبع أوامر الت variation والمطالبات والمبالغ التقديرية.</li><li>دعم مراجعات تكلفة المشروع الشهرية والتقارير الإدارية.</li><li>المصالحة بين تكاليف المشروع والسجلات المالية والمحاسبية.</li><li>المساعدة في إعداد الميزانية وتنبؤ التدفق النقدي.</li><li>التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع والتخطيط والمشتريات وفرق الموقع.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">الملف المرشح المطلوب</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>درجة البكالوريوس في مسح الكميات، الهندسة المدنية، إدارة البناء، أو مجال ذي صلة.</li><li>خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مراقبة التكلفة أو مسح الكميات في قطاع البناء.</li><li>خبرة في صناعة البناء / المقاولات إلزامية.</li><li>يفضل وجود خبرة في الخليج.</li><li>خبرة عملية مع RIB Candy أو CostX (إلزامي).</li><li>معرفة بأنظمة Primavera، SAP، أو أنظمة ERP مكافئة.</li><li>فهم قوي لعقود FIDIC ومبادئ الإدارة التجارية.</li><li>مهارات متقدمة في Microsoft Excel.</li><li>وجود خبرة في Power BI يعتبر ميزة.</li><li>مهارات تحليلية وتقريرية قوية.</li><li>يتطلب fluency in English؛ العربية ميزة.</li><li>شهادات RICS، AACE، أو PMP مفضلة.</li></ul><p></p></section>
