Job Description — Project Manager (ICT & MEP)<br>Job Title: Project Manager Department: Projects & Delivery Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Job Type: Full-time — On-site<br>About the Role The Project Manager leads the company's projects end to end — from planning and design through handover, operation, and maintenance — across network infrastructure, physical security, BMS, MEP works, and full data center construction covering passive infrastructure, active components, and associated software (DCIM, monitoring). The role leads large multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and vendors, delivering to international standards within budget, schedule, and quality.<br>Key Duties & Responsibilities<br>Planning & Design• Develop the full project plan (scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks) and review designs and shop drawings with consultants against international standards (TIA-942, Uptime Institute, ASHRAE, NFPA) and customer requirements.• Participate in reviewing and selecting contractors' and vendors' proposals with procurement and presales, and define systems and software requirements (DCIM, BMS, monitoring) from the design stage.<br>Network Infrastructure• Supervise structured cabling (copper and fiber), pathways, and telecom rooms, and manage installation and configuration of active components (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless, unified communications) with specialized teams.<br>Physical Security & ELV• Supervise delivery of CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection, plus fire detection and suppression and voice evacuation systems per Civil Defense requirements.<br>BMS• Manage implementation and integration of BMS platforms with HVAC, lighting, power, and security systems so all building systems operate as one centrally monitored ecosystem.<br>MEP Works• Supervise electrical works (distribution panels, lighting, power, earthing, low voltage) and mechanical works (HVAC, firefighting, plumbing), ensuring integration with technology systems and clash coordination between MEP and technology drawings.<br>Data Center Projects (Planning to Operation)• Manage data center construction and fit-out of various tier levels from design through operation.• Supervise passive infrastructure: civil and fit-out works (raised floors, insulation), power (UPS, generators, ATS), precision cooling (CRAC/CRAH, aisle containment), racks, and cabling; and active components: servers, storage, networking and security equipment.• Manage DCIM and environmental monitoring platforms, ensuring all components (passive + active + software) operate as one ecosystem before handover.<br>Testing, Commissioning & Handover• Manage testing and commissioning of all systems, including load bank and integration tests; prepare handover documentation (as-built drawings, manuals, test certificates, warranty matrix); manage final handover and customer team training.<br>Operation & Maintenance• Oversee initial operation and the warranty period through snag list closure; develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans for O&M contracts; monitor SLAs and issue uptime and availability reports.<br>Team & Stakeholder Management• Lead large multidisciplinary teams (civil, electrical, mechanical, networking, systems) in-house and through subcontractors; manage vendors' compliance with scope, quality, schedules, and payments.• Communicate continuously with customers and consultants; manage change orders, claims, and risks; ensure HSE compliance on site.<br>Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Telecom, or Computer) or related field.• 7+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years in ICT, ELV, data center, or critical infrastructure projects.• Proven experience managing integrated projects combining civil, MEP, and technology scopes, leading large teams and multiple contractors on parallel projects.• Experience with government tenders and the Etimad platform is an advantage.<br>Skills & Competencies• Deep knowledge of networking, physical security, BMS, and data center standards (TIA-942, Uptime Institute, ASHRAE), with comprehensive understanding of MEP, power, cooling, and protection systems.• Good command of DCIM, BMS, and monitoring platforms; proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project and Microsoft Office; Auto CAD is a plus.• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making under pressure; professional reporting in Arabic and English;
