About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shared Services Manager to oversee and optimize the company's corporate support functions. The successful candidate will lead multiple departments, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and high-quality internal services while supporting the company's strategic objectives. This role is responsible for managing Human Resources, Procurement, Information Technology (IT), Administration, and Corporate Communications, while developing policies, procedures, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.<br>Key Responsibilities Shared Services Leadership Manage the day-to-day operations of all Shared Services functions. Support executive management in achieving organizational goals through efficient shared services.<br>Human Resources Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and HR administration. Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, and other regulatory requirements. Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook. Lead organizational development and employee engagement initiatives. Manage HR systems and support digital HR transformation projects.<br>Procurement Manage procurement operations from sourcing through contract administration. Develop procurement policies and purchasing procedures. Ensure compliance with internal controls and governance requirements. Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts with vendors. Monitor procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. Support strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management.<br>Information Technology (IT) Oversee the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and technology services. Coordinate ERP implementation and continuous system improvements. Manage IT vendors, software licenses, and service providers. Ensure cybersecurity, business continuity, and data protection standards are maintained. Support digital transformation and automation initiatives across the organization.<br>Administration Manage facilities, office administration, reception, document control, and general support services. Develop administrative policies and operational procedures. Ensure efficient utilization of company assets and resources. Maintain high standards for workplace operations and employee support services.<br>Corporate Communications Manage internal corporate communications across the organization. Coordinate executive announcements, company-wide communications, and employee engagement campaigns. Support employer branding initiatives and organizational culture programs. Ensure consistency of corporate messaging across departments.<br>Governance, Policies & Compliance Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide policies, procedures, SOPs, and operational guidelines. Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and internal governance standards. Monitor policy implementation and recommend continuous improvements. Support internal and external audit activities. Maintain corporate documentation and governance records.<br>Performance & Reporting Develop KPIs and dashboards for all Shared Services departments. Monitor departmental performance and recommend corrective actions. Prepare executive reports and presentations for senior management. Analyze operational data to support informed decision-making.<br>Leadership Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams. Promote collaboration, accountability, and a high-performance culture. Manage change initiatives and organizational improvement projects. Support succession planning and employee development.<br>Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master's Degree (MBA) is an advantage. Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP, SPHRi, CIPD, PMP, CIPS, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent are preferred.<br>Experience Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience in Shared Services, Corporate Services, Operations, Administration, or a similar leadership role. Experience gained in more than one organization, demonstrating adaptability and exposure to different operational environments. Previous experience within the real estate, construction, property development, or related sectors is highly preferred. About the Company<br><br>We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations across the assigned region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing high-performing sales teams, expanding market coverage, and building strong relationships with key customers across Retail, Wholesale, Discount, and Modern Trade channels.<br><br>About the Role<br><br>The Regional Sales Manager will oversee the sales operations in Saudi Arabia, focusing on achieving sales and profitability targets while fostering a high-performing sales team.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team to achieve sales and profitability targets. Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Drive sales growth across Retail, Wholesale, Discount, and Modern Trade channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and major accounts. Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within the assigned region. Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and market trends, taking corrective actions when required. Coordinate with Category, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure effective execution. Conduct regular field visits to support the sales team, evaluate execution, and strengthen customer relationships. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market developments to identify growth opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies and sales standards.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.7–10 years of FMCG sales experience, including at least 3 years in a Regional Sales Manager or similar leadership role. Proven experience managing sales teams across Retail, Wholesale, Discount, and Modern Trade channels. Strong knowledge of the Saudi FMCG market and distribution network. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting systems.
