Automated Inventory Control: Implement, optimize, and maintain automated Inventory Management Systems (IMS) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track over 5,000 electrical SKUs with maximum precision. Inbound & International Logistics: Coordinate closely with freight forwarders and customs clearing agents to handle large-scale import shipments (mainly from China) from port arrival to offloading. B2B Project Fulfillment: Ensure accurate, damage-free, and timely picking, packing, and dispatch of electrical materials tailored to strict B2B project timelines. Space Optimization & Layout Planning: Dynamically manage warehouse capacity and zoning to accommodate high-volume stock rotation and diverse electrical equipment categories. Audit & Reconciliation: Lead routine cycle counts, automated stock audits, and physical inventory reconciliations, maintaining an accuracy rate of 99%+. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse supervisors, forklift operators, and labor staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and efficiency.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>7 10 years of progressive experience in warehouse and logistics management, with a strong preference for backgrounds in electrical appliances, building materials, FMCG, or industrial equipment. Proven experience operating within the Eastern Province ( Dammam/Khobar ), with a solid understanding of local logistics networks and Saudi Customs regulations. Advanced expertise in utilizing automated WMS/ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or specialized inventory tools) and advanced Excel for data analysis. Proven track record of managing multi-warehouse setups or scaling operations from a single site to multiple regions. Fluent in English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with Chinese suppliers and corporate stakeholders. Arabic is a strong plus. Strong analytical skills, sharp eye for detail, excellent crisis-management capabilities, and a process-oriented mindset.</p><p></p></section>
