Job Summary: To manage and grow the (BCS AND FSR) business, increase market penetration, and expand market share within the facility management, cleaning, food service, restaurant, and building maintenance sector. Responsibilities Include:Survey market potential in Madinah, identify potential clients within facility management, cleaning contractors, food service & restaurant operations, and building operations, and plan coverage to ensure maximum market penetration. Develop objectives, strategies, and action plans to drive short- and long-term sales growth and profitability. Perform sales activities on major accounts, manage key customers, and negotiate commercial agreements. Achieve assigned sales targets through new business development, cross-selling, and range selling of BCS and FSR solutions. Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing solutions that meet or exceed customer operational needs. Negotiate with customers on technical and commercial matters. Support customers through training and coaching of end users to enhance product application knowledge. Collaborate with Marketing to identify sales opportunities, support customer acquisition, and drive value propositions. Lead and support customer improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and value delivery. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or a related field. Experience in BCS and/or FSR (Food Service & Restaurant) is preferred. Soft Skills:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken). Job Purpose<br>The position is responsible for overseeing the strategic, operational, and financial performance of a portfolio of civic assets, which may include hospitals, schools, and other community-serving facilities. About the Role<br>The Manager of Enterprise Applications and Integration is a strategic and operational leader responsible for the vision, delivery, and optimization of the university’s core institutional platforms.
