Diploma in Outdoor Recreation, Sports, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related discipline is preferred.</li><li>Valid Wilderness First Aid or internationally recognised First Aid certification.</li><li>Basic Land Navigation and GPS navigation experience.</li><li>Leave No Trace certification is desirable.</li><li>At least one recognised National Governing Body (NGB) certification in an adventure activity such as climbing, mountain biking, archery, high ropes, quad biking, or similar.</li><li>Minimum 2 3 years' experience delivering outdoor adventure or recreation activities within tourism, hospitality, or sports operations.</li><li>Previous experience within luxury tourism or remote destinations is advantageous.</li><li>Strong outdoor leadership and activity instruction skills.</li><li>Excellent guest engagement and customer service abilities.</li><li>Good understanding of adventure safety principles and risk management.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively during emergencies.</li><li>Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.</li><li>Good organisational and time management abilities.</li><li>Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in varying environmental conditions.</li><li>Fluent in English; Arabic is advantageous.</li></ul>
