Credit Control Manager<br>Job Purpose The Credit Control Manager is responsible for leading and managing the entire credit-to-cash cycle across the Group's entities. The role safeguards the organization's cash flow and working capital by establishing sound credit policies, minimizing credit risk and bad debt exposure, driving the collections function, and optimizing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), while maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities <br><br>Credit Management & Risk Develop, implement, and maintain the Group's credit control policy and procedures in line with corporate governance and financial objectives. Reporting & Analysis Prepare and present aging reports, cash flow forecasts, provision for doubtful debts, and credit control KPIs to senior management. Analyze receivables trends and provide insights to support business and financial decision-making. Ensure month-end and period-end AR closing activities are completed accurately and on time. Stakeholder Management & Compliance Resolve customer disputes and billing discrepancies in coordination with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams. Act as the key liaison between the finance function and commercial teams to balance revenue growth with credit risk. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards (IFRS), VAT/ZATCA requirements, and audit requirements. Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and develop the credit control and collections team, setting individual targets and monitoring performance. Build a high-performing team culture and ensure adequate training and succession planning. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a professional qualification (CICM, CMA, CPA, ACCA) is a strong advantage. Minimum 10 years of experience in credit control, collections, and accounts receivable, including at least 3–4 years in a managerial/leadership role. Proven track record of reducing DSO, managing large receivables portfolios, and leading collection teams. Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel. Job Summary The Senior Project Manager, Sports Facilities will lead the planning, design management, and delivery of major sports and recreation projects, including stadiums, arenas, training facilities, sports complexes, and associated infrastructure. Lead coordination of sports-specific design requirements, including spectator experience, athlete facilities, back-of-house operations, crowd circulation, accessibility, safety, security, broadcasting, and event operations. Monitor design progress against the approved baseline programme and implement recovery or acceleration measures where required. Lead design coordination meetings and ensure the timely resolution of technical, interdisciplinary, client, authority, and operational issues. Manage project resources, workload, and team performance in coordination with discipline leads and management. Maintain control over project budgets, man-hours, profitability, invoicing, changes, additional services, and variation orders. Coordinate with sports governing bodies, venue operators, specialist consultants, approving entities, and authorities where applicable. Ensure timely project closeout, completion of deliverables, and resolution of outstanding client comments.<br>Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Sports Venue Design, or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification is an advantage. PMP or an equivalent recognised project management certification is preferred.15 to 20 years of total professional experience, including at least 12 years in senior design project management roles. Demonstrated experience managing the design and delivery of stadiums, arenas, training facilities, sports complexes, or other major sports and recreation developments. Strong experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and specialist sports, venue-operations, security, technology, broadcast, and crowd-management consultants. Experience on FIFA-compliant facilities, World Cup, Olympic, international tournament, or other major-event venues is a strong advantage.
