Job Summary<br>General Practitioner is responsible for providing the care of his/her patients maintaining a high-level of professional performance in accordance with:<br>Evidence based medicine. Professional medical ethics and CBAHI / JCIA standards. Hospital medical by-laws. Laws of Ministry of Health in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and any other applicable regulations according to the departmental quality plan.<br>Major Duties and Responsibilities<br>Ensures through his actions, either directly or indirectly, that a superior quality of medical treatment, compassion and understanding is given to every patient served at the NMC Hospitals and Clinics. Performs history taking, physical examinations, interpretation of common diagnostic tests and formulation of a plan management; on admission. Conducts daily ward rounds, on all inpatients in the section. Liaises with the concerned consultant about care of his inpatients. Assumes an active part in the On-Call Rotations in the Department and participates actively in the morning report together with this Consultant on-call and the moderator. Admits patients from the hospital referral facilities (e.g. ER and OPD) upon appropriate discussion with the Consultant under whose name the admission is done. Evaluates all new admissions and coordinates with the Consultant and Senior Registrar a plan of investigation to establish a diagnosis and a management course. Executes the plan, approved by the Consultant/Senior Registrar. Seeks the advice and guidance of his seniors whenever the condition of a patient merits further expertise. Documents all plans in the patient's charts and keeps an updated follow-up in the progress notes. Presents the previous day's admissions in the morning report when resident on duty. Participates in the On-Call Rota of the Department for patient care and admissions. Executes all diagnostic procedures required on the patient (e.g. bone marrow aspirations and biopsy, lumbar puncture, personal cavities aspirations, etc.) after consultation with the Senior Staff. Participates in the delivery of medical care in the outpatient services (e.g. OPD and ER) under the supervision of the Senior Staff. Rotates through the specialized inpatient units (ICU, CCU, Hemodialysis, etc.), if needed, under the supervision of the Senior Staff Member in-charge. Prepares problem lists, discharge summaries, death reports and special reports on patients, when needed. Participates in CME through medical meetings. Shares and participates in the Departments' educational and training activities: Grand Rounds, tutorials, Journal Clubs, morbidity and Mortality meeting, etc. Carries out administrative, organizational or any other duties assigned by the Head of the Department. Undertakes any assignments given by the Head of the Department. Responsible to educate patients /families as per their needs and to implement their whole role regarding patient / family education process as mention in patient & family education policy and procedure including documentation in patient medical record. They are knowledgeable about their essential role in patient and family education. Involves the patient/families in plan of care and respects patients/families regarding their goals and choices of patient care. JOB DESCRIPTION<br>We have an opportunity for a Product Specialist to support our growing business in our Emergency Medicine (EM) Division to provide product training and sales support to distribution partners primarily in Saudi Arabia and potentially in other Middle Eastern countries. This role will report to the Country Sales Manager Saudi Arabia, based in Riyadh.<br>As a member of the Vascular and Emergency Medicine (VEM) Business Unit, this essential commercial position will have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility to help deliver the revenue growth expectations through more in-depth product utilization and customer adoption through consistent product training and sales support primarily to our distribution partners but also to customers.<br>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<br>The Product Specialist – Emergency Medicine (EM) will be pivotal in developing the Emergency Medicine (EM) business by acquiring knowledge and expertise. The role will provide support to the sales operation of our distributors and support customers daily with product training, providing technical expertise through product presentations, demonstration, and support, both virtually and in-person.<br>Working closely with colleagues from Sales, Marketing and Clinical Medical Affairs, the job holder will conduct regular product trainings and facilitate the identification of opportunities for clinical and medical education in collaboration with their respective CMA referral for key customers. This with the aim to drive the growth through more in-depth product utilization, building confidence of the operator through everyday use and using the latest supporting materials to ensure the customer understands the product and its benefit both to clinical practice and patient.<br>The role will be deeply involved in driving the execution of the associated commercial tactical plans needed to increase awareness and uptake of Teleflex EM products across the country (region). Lead customer /patient satisfaction improvement programs. Oversee customer/patient feedback systems, surveys, complaints, and resolution processes. Administrative Operations Oversee all administrative and front-desk functions including registration, scheduling, medical records, call center, and patient coordination. Ensure efficient services flow, accurate data capture, and timely documentation. Standardize SOPs for admissions, discharge, referrals, and insurance coordination. Monitor capacity, waiting times, and service level performance. Integration with Clinical, Rehab & Performance Work closely with all the departments and functions to ensure experience is embedded in care delivery. Ensure consistent experience standards across physicians, therapists, coaches, nurses, and front-line teams. Lead interdisciplinary experience governance forums. Customer /Patient Engagement & Communication Lead individual and patient liaison services and manage escalations and complex cases. Ensure clear, compassionate communication with individuals, patients and families. Coordinate multilingual services and accessibility support where required. Develop customer /patient engagement, retention, and loyalty programs. Lead communication, education, and experience personalization strategies. Oversee customer /patient communities, athlete support programs, and long-term care relationships. Quality, Compliance & Governance Ensure administrative processes comply with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards (CBAHI, JCI), and data privacy requirements. Implement quality assurance audits for patient experience and administrative services. Collaborate with GRC and Clinical Quality teams on patient rights and safety standards. Digital Customer /Patient Experience Oversee digital touchpoints including appointment systems, customer portals, mobile apps, and CRM platforms. Drive automation and paperless workflows to improve access, efficiency, and satisfaction. Performance Management & Reporting Define KPIs for customer /patient experience and administration (waiting time, complaints, first-call resolution, no-show rate). Develop dashboards and reports for the senior sport medicine director and executive leadership. Use data to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Team Leadership & Development Lead and develop teams across reception, call center, patient relations, and administrative services. Ensure training in service excellence, communication, privacy, and healthcare regulations. Build a culture of empathy, professionalism, and accountability. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with Medical, Nursing, Finance (RCM), IT, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless patient journey. Support service line expansion, new clinic openings, and operational readiness from a patient experience perspective. Build a patient-centric culture across the organization. Design and oversee service excellence training for all staff (clinical and non-clinical). <br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field. JOB DESCRIPTION<br>We have an opportunity for a Product Specialist to support our growing business in our Emergency Medicine (EM) Division to provide product training and sales support to distribution partners primarily in Saudi Arabia and potentially in other Middle Eastern countries. This role will report to the Country Sales Manager Saudi Arabia, based in Riyadh.<br>As a member of the Vascular and Emergency Medicine (VEM) Business Unit, this essential commercial position will have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility to help deliver the revenue growth expectations through more in-depth product utilization and customer adoption through consistent product training and sales support primarily to our distribution partners but also to customers.<br>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<br>The Product Specialist – Emergency Medicine (EM) will be pivotal in developing the Emergency Medicine (EM) business by acquiring knowledge and expertise. The role will provide support to the sales operation of our distributors and support customers daily with product training, providing technical expertise through product presentations, demonstration, and support, both virtually and in-person.<br>Working closely with colleagues from Sales, Marketing and Clinical Medical Affairs, the job holder will conduct regular product trainings and facilitate the identification of opportunities for clinical and medical education in collaboration with their respective CMA referral for key customers. Job Summary<br>General Practitioner is responsible for providing the care of his/her patients maintaining a high-level of professional performance in accordance with:<br>Evidence based medicine.
