Key Responsibilities:1. Board Affairs & Corporate Secretariat:Meeting Management: Plan, organize, and manage all Board of Directors and Board Committee meetings (e.g., Audit, Risk, Nomination & Remuneration Committees). About the Role Lead and oversee the provision of legal advisory services to the company by supporting management and departments on legal governance, advisory, contractual, regulatory, governance, litigation, investigations, and strategic matters, ensuring the protection of the company’s interests and alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational objectives.<br>Responsibilities Lead the Legal Advisory section and oversee day-to-day legal support activities. The successful candidate will oversee large-scale service delivery, optimize operational performance, lead multi-country teams, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction while driving profitability and business growth.</p><br><p>This executive role requires a proven leader with extensive GCC experience in managing large workforces and delivering integrated facility cleaning services at scale.</p><br><p>Key Responsibilities</p><br><ul>

<p>Candidate Profile</p><br><ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.</li><li>MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.</li><li>Minimum 12–15 years of progressive leadership experience within GCC facility management and cleaning services.</li><li>Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site operations across GCC markets.</li><li>Strong understanding of soft services, cleaning operations, and integrated facilities management.</li><li>Experience managing workforces exceeding 1,000+ employees is highly advantageous.</li><li>Strong financial management experience including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in contract mobilization and operational transformation.</li><li>Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.</li><li>Strong knowledge of GCC labor laws, HSE standards, and operational compliance requirements.</li></ul>

Technology Strategy & Governance• Define and execute the IT strategy and multi-year roadmap, aligned to business objectives and the SAMA IT Governance Framework.• Establish IT governance, architecture principles, policies and standards, and ensure their consistent application across the estate.<br>B. Infrastructure, Cloud & IT Operations• Own cloud and on-premise infrastructure, ensuring data residency within the Kingdom in line with PDPL, CITC and SAMA cloud requirements.• Guarantee the availability, performance and capacity of the customer-facing mobile app and back-office systems on a 24/7 basis.• Run IT operations and service management to defined SLAs (ITIL-aligned), covering incident, change, problem and configuration management.<br>C. Information Security & Cyber Resilience• Implement and maintain controls to the SAMA Cyber Security Framework and the NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls (ECC) and Cloud Cybersecurity Controls (CCC).• Oversee identity and access management, vulnerability management, security monitoring and incident response, interfacing with the CISO function where this is held separately.• Embed secure-by-design delivery and lead organisation-wide security awareness.<br>E.
