<p><b>Purpose</b>: The Technician role is to maintain, repair various Air Conditions, products to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency when visiting customers and carry out requested maintenance jobs as per the job received from the Customer service, application or supervisor. Responsibilities: Perform service maintenance jobs to ensure AC longevity as received from the Customer service, Direct Customers or Supervisor. Role Description This full-time hybrid role as NDT Technician Level II / Turbine Technician Component is based in Dammam, with the flexibility for some work-from-home tasks as business needs allow. In this role, the technician will perform non-destructive testing (NDT) on turbine components, including setup, calibration, and execution of inspection procedures to identify defects, corrosion, and structural issues. Daily responsibilities include interpreting test results, documenting findings in accordance with quality standards, and supporting maintenance and repair decisions for rotating equipment and related components. The technician will collaborate with engineering and quality teams, follow safety and regulatory requirements, and assist in continuous improvement of inspection processes and procedures. The role may also involve occasional on-site support at customer facilities and participation in training or certification updates. Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in non-destructive testing methods such as Eddy Current and Ultrasonics, with valid Level II certifications or equivalent training. Experience in Inspection and Quality Control of turbine or rotating equipment components, including accurate documentation and reporting of findings. Knowledge of Corrosion mechanisms and degradation in metallic components, with ability to assess condition and recommend appropriate actions. Understanding of energy or power generation industry standards, preferably with exposure to gas or steam turbines. Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience in NDT and turbine maintenance. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and NDT procedures, and to work safely in workshop and plant environments. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setting. Good written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage. Willingness to pursue ongoing professional development and maintain required NDT certifications.

Senior Multi-Technician – FM Requirements Diploma / ITI / Technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or a related field. Minimum 5–7 years of relevant FM experience, preferably in commercial, residential, hospitality, or large facilities. Strong hands-on experience in MEP maintenance. Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building maintenance systems. Ability to troubleshoot and rectify technical faults independently. Experience in Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (PPM/CM). Ability to read and understand MEP drawings, manuals, and technical documents. Experience using CMMS/CAFM systems for work orders and maintenance records. Good knowledge of HSE procedures, PTW, LOTO, and safe working practices. Ability to supervise and guide technicians and allocate daily tasks. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergency breakdowns.
