About the Company Air Products, ACWA Power, and NEOM have partnered to develop an $8.4 billion green hydrogen-based ammonia production facility in NEOM. The project integrates renewable solar, wind, and storage power to produce green ammonia for global export, with operations scheduled to commence in 2026.<br>Position Summary The Compliance Specialist will be part of NGHC Operations based in NEOM, Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for ensuring that NGHC facilities, projects, engineering designs, technical safety systems, and operational activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements, approved technical standards, company procedures, and international good practices. The position provides technical compliance assurance throughout all project and operational phases, including design review, construction, commissioning, handover, and operations. Responsibilities include conducting inspections and audits, monitoring corrective actions, maintaining compliance records, and preparing reports for management and regulatory purposes.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Technical Compliance Conduct technical compliance reviews and regulatory compliance tracking.
