<p>مسمى الوظيفة: مصمم جرافيكي&nbsp;</p><p><br>مخلص الوظيفة:<br>نحن نبحث عن مصمم جرافيكي مبدع وشغوف للانضمام إلى فريقنا، ستكون المسؤول الأول عن تحويل الأفكار والرسائل التسويقية إلى تصاميم بصرية مبتكرة وجذابة عبر مختلف المنصات ، يتطلب هذا الدور فهماً عميقاً للهوية البصرية للعلامة التجارية، وقدرة عالية على التواصل والعمل الجماعي لتحقيق أهداف الشركة البيعية والتسويقية.</p><p><br><br>المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:<br>تطوير الهوية البصرية: تصميم الشعارات، الكتيبات التعريفية (Brochures)، وبطاقات العمل التي تعكس روح العلامة التجارية.<br>إنتاج مواد التسويق الرقمي: تصميم إعلانات مبتكرة لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, إلخ) وحملات البريد الإلكتروني.<br>تصميم المواد الإعلانية والمطبوعات: إعداد تصاميم اللوحات الإعلانية، البانرات، البوستر، وتغليف المنتجات، والتأكد من جاهزيتها للطباعة.<br>التعاون مع الفريق: التنسيق المستمر مع مهندسي المحتوى، مسؤولي التسويق الرقمي، والإدارة لفهم متطلبات المشاريع وتقديم حلول بصرية تخدم الأهداف.<br>التحديث والتطوير: متابعة أحدث اتجاهات التصميم (Trends) والبرامج التكنولوجية لضمان تقديم تصاميم عصرية ومنافسة.<br>إدارة الوقت: تنظيم المهام وجدوال العمل لضمان تسليم التصاميم في المواعيد المحددة وبأعلى جودة.</p><p><br><br>المهارات التقنية:<br>إتقان تام لمجموعة برامج أدوبي الأساسية: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign.<br>معرفة جيدة بأساسيات اختيار الألوان، وتنسيق الخطوط (Typography)، والتكوين البصري.<br>(ميزة إضافية) معرفة ببرامج الموشن جرافيك والمونتاج مثل Adobe Premiere أو After Effects.</p><p><br><br>المهارات الشخصية:<br>حس إبداعي عالي وقدرة على الابتكار والخروج بأفكار "خارج الصندوق".<br>مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على تقبل النقد البناء وتعديل التصاميم وفقاً للتغذية الراجعة.<br>الدقة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل الصغيرة.<br>القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة مشاريع متعددة في نفس الوقت.</p>

مصمم جرافيك(2D & 3D Graphic Designer)الانضمام فوراً<br>الهدف من الوظيفة<br>تصميم وإنتاج المواد البصرية والإبداعية ثنائية وثلاثية الأبعاد، بما في ذلك التصاميم الجرافيكية والرسوم المتحركة والنماذج والمجسمات والعروض المرئية، لدعم المشاريع والفعاليات والمعارض وتعزيز جودة المخرجات البصرية بما يتوافق مع متطلبات العملاء والجهات.<br>المهام والمسؤوليات<br>إعداد وتصميم المواد الجرافيكية والإبداعية ثنائية الأبعاد (2D) وثلاثية الأبعاد (3D).تصميم المجسمات والبوثات والمعارض والعروض المرئية والنماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد.إنتاج الرسوم المتحركة (Motion Graphics) والمحتوى المرئي الاحترافي.تطوير المفاهيم والأفكار الإبداعية وتحويلها إلى تصاميم ومخرجات بصرية عالية الجودة.إعداد التصاميم الخاصة بالتقارير والعروض التقديمية والمواد التسويقية والتوعوية.إنشاء الرسومات التوضيحية والإنفوجرافيك والمواد الرقمية والمطبوعة.التنسيق مع فرق العمل والعملاء لفهم متطلبات المشاريع وتحويلها إلى تصاميم احترافية.مراجعة وتحديث التصاميم بناءً على الملاحظات والاعتمادات المطلوبة.إدارة وتنظيم ملفات التصميم والأصول الرقمية الخاصة بالمشاريع.الالتزام بالهوية البصرية والمعايير الفنية المعتمدة للمشاريع.تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى ذات صلة يكلف بها من قبل الإدارة.<br>المؤهلات المطلوبة<br>مؤهل مناسبخبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال التصميم الجرافيكي ثنائي وثلاثي الأبعاد.يفضل وجود خبرة في العمل مع الجهات الحكومية أو المكاتب الاستشارية.<br>المهارات المطلوبة<br>إجادة أحد برامج التصميم ثلاثي الأبعاد التالية:<br>3ds Max Blender Maya<br>خبرة في برامج الموشن جرافيك والتحريك:<br>Adobe After Effects Adobe Animate<br>إجادة برامج التصميم الجرافيكي:<br>Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign Adobe Photoshop<br>مهارات إبداعية عالية والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.القدرة على إدارة الوقت والعمل على عدة مشاريع في وقت واحد.مهارات تواصل وتنسيق فعالة والعمل ضمن فريق.الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية للمشاريع.دقة التصاميم ومطابقتها لمتطلبات المشروع.سرعة الاستجابة للملاحظات والتعديلات.<br>*فضلا ارفاق ملف الاعمال (Portfolio)*

مطلوب مصمم/ة جرافيك | قطاع التطوير العقاريشركة وقت الحزم للتطوير العقاري توسّع فريق التسويق، وتبحث عن مصمم/ة جرافيك يمتلك حسّ بصري قوي وخبرة عملية في تصميم محتوى السوشال ميديا وبناء الهوية البصرية، للانضمام إلينا بدوام كامل.المهام والمسؤوليات:تصميم محتوى بصري احترافي لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي (انستقرام، تيك توك، سناب شات، لينكدإن) بما يتناسب مع طبيعة المشاريع العقارية.تطوير وتحديث الهوية البصرية للشركة (الشعار، الألوان، الخطوط، القوالب) والحفاظ على اتساقها في جميع المخرجات.تصميم بروفايلات الشركة والمشاريع (Company Profile / Project Profile) بشكل احترافي يعكس مكانة الشركة.تصميم مواد تسويقية مطبوعة ورقمية: بروشورات، لافتات، بانرات مواقع البيع، دعوات، عروض تقديمية (Power Point).التنسيق مع فريق التسويق والمبيعات لإخراج حملات ترويجية متكاملة بصريًا.متابعة أحدث اتجاهات التصميم في القطاع العقاري وتطبيقها بما يخدم هوية الشركة.المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنتين في التصميم الجرافيكي، ويُفضّل من عمل سابقًا مع شركات عقارية أو تسويقية.إتقان تام لبرامج Adobe Illustrator، Photoshop، InDesign، وبرنامج Figma أو Canva Pro ميزة إضافية.خبرة حقيقية في تصميم محتوى سوشال ميديا (أحجام، مقاسات، وأسلوب يتناسب مع كل منصة).القدرة على تطوير هوية بصرية متكاملة من الصفر أو تطوير هوية قائمة.إلمام بأساسيات التصميم الحركي (Motion Graphics / After Effects) نقطة تُحسب لصالح المتقدم، وليست شرطًا أساسيًا.ذوق بصري عالٍ، دقة في التفاصيل، والتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.إجادة اللغة العربية كتابةً، ومستوى جيد من الإنجليزية.يجب إرفاق portfolio: لن يتم النظر في أي طلب لا يحتوي على معرض أعمال (Portfolio) يوضح تصاميم سابقة، ويُفضّل أن يتضمن نماذج من تصاميم سوشال ميديا و/أو هوية بصرية.
