Electrical & Electronics Technician – Fresh Graduate Department: Service & Maintenance Location: Jeddah / Dammam, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: Entry Level Experience Required: 0–1 years<br><br>Job Summary<br>We are looking for an Electrical & Electronics Technician to join our Service & Maintenance team. This position is suitable for fresh graduates with a Diploma or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field. The role involves diagnosing, testing, repairing, and maintaining small home appliances and electrical/electronic components while following approved technical procedures, safety standards, and product maintenance manuals.<br>Key Responsibilities Diagnose electrical and electronic faults in small home appliances and determine the appropriate repair method. Inspect, test, dismantle, repair, and reassemble appliances safely and efficiently. Repair small home appliances such as microwaves, blenders, electric kettles, vacuum cleaners, irons, coffee machines, toasters, and similar products. Replace defective components, including motors, switches, thermostats, heating elements, PCBs, and other electrical/electronic parts. Perform operational tests after repairs to ensure products are functioning properly and meet required performance standards. Execute maintenance and repair activities within the required turnaround time and according to product specifications and service manuals. Request required spare parts from the Spare Parts Department for product repairs. Record spare parts used and document repair details in the company's system and/or service documents. Communicate with Service Advisors, Supervisors, and Senior Technicians regarding repair status, technical issues, and any work-related obstacles. Escalate complex technical issues to the Supervisor or Senior Technician when required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop and service area. Follow all company policies, technical procedures, and health and safety requirements. For home-service assignments, collect customer payments when applicable and submit the collected amounts to the Service Center within the required timeframe<br>Qualifications<br>Diploma or technical certificate in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.0–1 years of relevant experience. Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic components and troubleshooting. Basic understanding of electrical safety and maintenance procedures. Ability to read and follow technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and maintenance instructions. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in home appliance repair and maintenance. Preferred Qualifications Previous Co-op training, internship, or practical training in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with electrical testing equipment such as a multimeter is a plus. Basic understanding of PCBs and electronic components. Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic troubleshooting. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work in a service center and/or field-service environment.

Carry out insulation tests for transformers and cables (Megger – Tan Delta – TTR). Inspect transformer oil quality and perform BDV, moisture, and dissolved gas analysis (DGA). Maintain and inspect electrical circuit breakers and operating mechanisms. Monitor and adjust protection systems and relays in coordination with engineering teams. Execute switching operations (isolation and re-energizing) during maintenance or emergencies. Adhere strictly to safety procedures within medium- and high-voltage environments. Prepare accurate technical reports for all maintenance and repair activities. Support expansion, upgrade, and modernization projects for electrical substations. Job Vacancy: Senior Electrician<br>Company Field: FMCG<br>Location: Riyadh - Shaqra<br>As per with the below requirement:<br>Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment in accordance with company standards and safety procedures. Assist in the operation and maintenance of industrial control systems, with a basic understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC). Purpose Of Job:<br>To ensure that all operation of electrical equipment is carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with the manufacturers’ specifications To maintain all electrical equipment on the rig and camps in accordance with H&P planned maintenance system and to manufacturers’ specifications To carry out scheduled and unscheduled repairs to electrical equipment at the rig site and on the camps To ensure the availability of adequate spare parts for electrical equipment through the inventory system, both for routine maintenance and to cover unscheduled maintenance or replacements<br>Key Tasks Personally responsible for own safety and conducting oneself to the standards of H&P Policies and Procedures Carry out all duties in the safest possible manner and ensure that personal protective equipment (PPE) is used correctly Take personal responsibility for, and demonstrate leadership in, HSE. Play a role in safety meetings and the safety program Enact the planned maintenance program for rig and camp electrical equipment and instrumentation Work with the Driller and other crew members to ensure that the rig is operated in accordance within the design parameters and in conformance with all aspects of the H&P System Conduct visual, and where possible functional, inspections of equipment both prior to use and at periodic intervals and in particular after rig moves and rig-up Take responsibility for planned maintenance, certification, record-keeping and reporting Maintain all required records, documentation and certification of electrical equipment on the rig and camp and produce accurate and timely reports on usage of such equipment Maintain and update all electrical drawings and wiring diagrams Ensure that lock-out and tag-out procedures are fully complied with at rig site and campsite Supervise and assist with the dismantling, packaging and preparation of electrical equipment for rig moves, including re-assembly at new locations Establish a culture of continuous improvement in operations and demonstrate results in this regard. Work with the other members of the rig crew to develop improved practices which will positively impact on rig performance Maintain, jointly with the Rig Mechanic, all rig instrumentation Maintain the cleanliness of the SCR house and integrity of the electrical control equipment therein Make recommendations for improved practices Prepare the rig and camp equipment for stacking out, when required, in accordance with the provisions of System and contribute to preparation of the stack out report Make provisions for electrical supplies and instrumentation to meet third party service companies’ requirements at rig site and provide emergency repairs to their equipment where possible Maintain the validity of personal certification and training, and those of any direct reports Ensure understanding of, and compliance with, H&P permit to work system<br>Minimum Qualification: Diploma / Technical Skills.<br>Minimum Experience: Suitable skilled electrical qualification · Knowledge of local electrical rules & regulations · Ex-hazard knowledge / competence · Experience of the workings and repair of Drilling Rigs and their equipment desirable. · Experience of drive and control engineering / maintenance / design desirable. Ability to work constructively and confidentially as part of a team to achieve common goals.<br>Generic Skills: With good oral and written skills.<br>Safety Safety is a major responsibility. Obtain necessary safety clearance for the nature/type of work to be carried out, in advance, in consultation with the HSE & QA Manager and in accordance with safety procedures (Permit To Work). Explain to the personnel concerned the visible and hidden hazards involved in the jobs (Job Safety Analysis/ Pre job meetings) Ensure that all work is carried out to the requirements of the system and in compliance with Safety Procedures in force, initiates as necessary within their discipline and ensures all safety precautions are carried out. Be aware before commencing the work, as to the safety precautions and measures to be observed
