<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> Responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the Van Sales team to ensure achievement of sales, distribution, and coverage targets within the assigned routes, while maintaining high standards of product availability, cash handling, and customer service. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and monitor the daily performance of Van Salesmen, ensuring routes and journey plans are followed correctly.</li><li>Allocate and communicate daily/weekly/monthly sales targets to Van Salesmen and track achievement against plan.</li><li>Accompany Van Salesmen periodically in the field to evaluate performance, provide on-the-job coaching, and ensure compliance with sales and merchandising standards.</li><li>Monitor stock loading, offloading, and reconciliation for each van, and ensure accuracy of inventory records.</li><li>Follow up on cash and credit collections from customers, ensuring timely and accurate handover to the finance/cash office.</li><li>Ensure proper product distribution, availability, and visibility across all outlets on assigned routes.</li><li>Identify new outlets and opportunities for distribution expansion within the coverage area.</li><li>Monitor competitor activities in the market and report relevant information to the Area Sales Manager.</li><li>Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to deliveries, returns, or service quality.</li><li>Ensure Van Salesmen adhere to company policies, safety standards, and proper use of company vehicles and assets.</li><li>Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, route coverage, and team productivity to the Area Sales Manager.</li><li>Train, motivate, and develop Van Salesmen to improve their selling and customer service skills.</li></ul> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><ul><li>Strong supervisory and team leadership skills.</li><li>Good communication and customer relationship skills.</li><li>Ability to analyze sales and route data and take corrective action.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (cash, stock, reporting).</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple routes/teams simultaneously.</li></ul></div>

Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily ETP operations and ensure the treatment process is operating safely and efficiently. Monitor key process parameters including p H, flow, chemical dosing, dissolved oxygen, sludge levels, and treated water quality. Lead and coordinate ETP Operators and ensure effective shift coverage and task allocation. Monitor pumps, blowers, agitators, clarifiers, filters, dosing systems, and other ETP equipment. Ensure compliance with environmental discharge requirements and applicable regulations in Saudi Arabia. Coordinate with Laboratory and Quality teams for wastewater sampling, testing, and analysis. Identify process abnormalities and take immediate corrective action to maintain treatment efficiency. Coordinate with Maintenance teams for preventive and corrective maintenance of ETP equipment. Prepare and review daily operational reports, logbooks, chemical consumption, and plant performance records. Monitor chemical consumption and ensure proper handling, storage, and utilisation of treatment chemicals. Plan and follow up on preventive maintenance activities and shutdown requirements for ETP equipment. Investigate operational problems and recurring failures and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions. Ensure proper housekeeping, sludge handling, waste management, and cleanliness within the ETP area. Train, guide, and monitor ETP operators to ensure compliance with operating procedures and safety requirements. Support environmental audits, inspections, compliance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Water Treatment, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in ETP, wastewater treatment, or industrial water treatment operations, preferably within a manufacturing or paper mill environment. ????
