Lead procurement savings initiatives and contribute to improving operating cash flow through effective sourcing, negotiation, payment, and purchasing strategies. Proven experience in supplier and subcontractor negotiation, contract management, cost reduction, and supplier performance management. Strong understanding of procurement processes, commercial terms, purchasing practices, and supply-chain management within the GCC. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Saudi customs procedures, import/export documentation, and hands-on experience using SAP for logistics processes.
