The job holder will be responsible for finished good inspection and testing, verification and inspection of Production Line process parameters, Bulk Making Process Audits, Proper collection and monitoring of retention samples, and verification of in-house co-packer. Responsible also as reliever for quality analyst during their leaves. then this role is just for you!</p><br><br><p><br><b><span>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</span></b><br>1. To perform verification and inspection of process parameters of all production lines on a daily basis and report to production team for the non-compliance.<br>2. To perform verification on the compliance of Line Operators in performing their routine quality line inspections.<br>3. To perform finished good (FG) physical and chemical testing for all products produced in the factory daily.<br>4. To perform proper collection of Retention FG Sample (Library Sample) from the production line and verify the correctness of collected retention samples before sending them to Quality library room and report to the team if there are non-conformance observed.<br>5. To verify the quality of the product produced in in-house co-packing and monitor the action closure of the gaps.<br>6. To ensure that all Hold/Rejected non-conforming finished goods are physically blocked with Hold/Reject Stickers, inform QA Team Leader for system blockage, and coordinate with the production team for actions needed.<br>7. To conduct training for operators for new SOP, OPL, and Quality Refreshers and must be fully documented.<br>8. To ensure that all finished goods (FG) Reference Standard are updated in the production line and QA Lab.<br>9. To ensure that all semi-finished good (Bulk) Reference Standard are update in the bulk making area and QA Lab.<br>10. To ensure that all Product Change Over Reference (PCOR) and Datecode Calendar in production lines are updated.<br>11. To attend finished good trials and perform CRQS inspection of the trialed pallets.<br>12. To coordinate with Process Engineer for any process improvement whenever needed.<br>13. To maintain high quality standards, ensure safe working practice and care for the environment through total compliance with the guidelines and targets set in Health, Safety & Environment, Quality and Consumer Safety, UMS and Customer Service on BUL Factory.<br><b><span>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</span></b><br>Graduate of Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Science-related bachelor’s degree.<br>Fresh Graduate.
