المسؤوليات يدير أنشطة تنظيم العمليات الهيدروكربونية في قطاع البترول والغاز والتعاون مع كل الجهات المعنية ذات الصلة من أجل ضمان الاستفادة القصوى وتحقيق أقصى المنافع الاجتماعية والاقتصاديةيدير أنشطة مراجعة جميع أعمال الحفر والتي تشمل وثيقة تصميم البئر قبل بدء عمليات الحفر لأي حقل أو منطقة، وبرنامج مراقبة ورصد لكل أنواع الآبار (مثل أبار منصات الإنتاج، آبار الحقن، الآبار تحت سطح البحر، إلخ) مع تلبية متطلبات الفحص الدوري وصيانة تجويف البئر ورأس البئر وتوافقها مع مقاييس الصناعة العالمية.يخطط عملية مراجعة تقارير هجر الآبار الربع سنوية، المتضمنة مبرر الهجر، وتقييم موجز للآثار البيئية المحتملة للعمليات المقترحة وإجراءاتها وتدابير التخفيف التي سيتم استخدامها لتقليل مثل هذه الآثار.يشرف على مهام مراجعة طلبات الشركات البترولية لكميات المياه الإضافية المطلوبة في عمليات التنقيب والحفر ونوعيتها، ومراجعة مقترحات تحديد مصادر المياه المتاحة وعدد الآبار المطلوب حفرها وأعماقها والطبقات الجوفية المستهدفة.يدير مهام مراجعة ومتابعة تطوير الخطط والبرامج المقدمة من المرخص له في مناطق الامتياز والتي تشمل خطة التنقيب السنوية للشركات البترولية، تقرير التنقيب الربع سنوي، خطة تقييم الاكتشافات السنوية، يشرف على خطة تطوير الاكتشافات السنوية، موجز التطوير الربع سنوي، والتقرير النصف سنوي الموجز لأنشطة التطوير والإنتاج للمكامن مراجعة التقرير السنوي لاحتياطيات المواد الهيدروكربونية الموجودة في كل مكمن في كل حقل، ومراجعة أي معلومات جديدة قد تؤثر تأثيراً كبيراً على تقديرات الاحتياطيات.يخطط مهام مراجعة تقارير الإنتاج الشهرية والسنوية.يدير أنشطة مراجعة تقارير الاكتشافات.يخطط مهام مراجعة ومتابعة تطوير الخطط والبرامج المقدمة من المرخص له والتأكد من تنفيذها.يخطط مهام المراجعة والتحليل للطلبات المقدمة من المرخص لهم وإبداء الملاحظات حيالها والتوصية بالموافقة على هذه الطلبات أو رفضها، وذلك حسب الاقتضاء ووفقًا للأنظمة واللوائح المتعلقة.يقدم الدعم بشأن مهام مع المرخص لهم فيما يتصل بالأمور الفنية.يشرف على عملية تقديم الدعم الفني في التحقيق في الحوادث ذات الصلة بالبترول مثل انفجار الآبار وانسكابات البترول وحالات التسرب من خطوط الأنابيب.يدير عملية الإشراف الميداني للاكتشافات الجديدة ومتابعة الاختبارات والدراسات المتعلقة بها.ييسر مهام متابعة وتقييم الدراسات الجيولوجية والهندسية التي تجريها الشركات المرخصة، بما في ذلك الدراسات العلمية لمكامن البترول والغاز، للحفاظ على معدلات الإنتاج.يدير مهام مراجعة تقنية الحفر المستخدمة بواسطة الشركات المرخصة وتحديد مدى نجاح العمليات وإبداء الرأي بشأن تحسينها.ييسر مهام وضع خطط التطوير الفني لمنسوبي الإدارة ومتابعة المشروعات التنفيذية التي تدعمها الشركات والجهات الحكوميةيخطط مهام تمثيل في اللجان فيما يتعلق بالمنافسات والمشروعات والجهات المتعاقدة واللجان المشتركة بالشركات العاملة.يخطط مهام التمثيل فنيا في المؤتمرات والاجتماعات والمحافل الداخلية والدولية ذات العلاقة بأعمال الإدارة.<br>المؤهل الدراسي –درجة البكالوريوس في أحد التخصصات الهندسية أو العلوم الإدارية أو أي تخصص مرتبط بمجال العمل.يفضل وجود درجة الماجستير في أحد التخصصات الهندسية أو العلوم الإدارية أو أي تخصص مرتبط بمجال العمل.سنوات الخبرة المطلوبة 10 سنوات خبرة في نفس مجال العمل كحد أدنى
