Job Summary Mobco Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our project team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will possess strong site execution and construction management experience, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale and mega construction projects. Levant Building is expanding its Technical Office in Damascus, Syria, to support our growing portfolio of construction and fit-out projects across Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking:▪ Architectural Technical Office Engineer▪ Mechanical Technical Office Engineer (HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting)▪ Electrical Technical Office Engineer<br>Responsibilities• Prepare and review shop drawings, method statements, technical proposals, RFIs, and multidisciplinary coordination solutions.• Produce construction drawings, revisions, clash coordination outputs, and as-built drawings in accordance with Technical Office standards and document control procedures.• Prepare quantity take-offs, support BOQs, validate quantities, support procurement packages, variation orders, interim payment applications, and commercial claims.• Review technical material submittals, compare supplier data, monitor approvals, and coordinate procurement requirements.• Maintain drawing registers, RFI logs, submittal logs, transmittals, and as-built documentation while ensuring proper revision control and distribution.• Coordinate with project teams in Saudi Arabia and provide engineering support throughout project execution.<br>Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree in the relevant engineering discipline.• 5 years of experience in Technical Office activities.• Strong proficiency in Auto CAD and Microsoft Office.• Experience with Revit/BIM is preferred.• Good command of English, particularly technical writing and documentation.• Previous experience supporting GCC or Saudi Arabian projects is an advantage.
