This scope shall comply with the local laws and regulations on cybersecurity, which is a crucial part in the project’s safety, security and overall compliance.<br><br>The Cybersecurity Engineer – Renewable Power Sector is a senior technical competent individual contributor within the Project Cybersecurity Taskforce, responsible for assuring cybersecurity compliance, resilience, and safe operation of power generation and power transmission systems supporting large scale renewable energy assets (Solar PV, Wind Turbines, BESS, HV/MV substations, and grid interfaces).<br><br>The Engineer is also responsible for coordinating with Engineering, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Client operations team related to Cyber Security field verifications.<br><br>The Cyber Security engineer acts as the technical interface between Air Products project execution, commissioning teams and the vendors, during the field verification of cyber assets.<br><br>Experience in supporting large scale construction, pre commissioning, commissioning, startup and handover phases, ensuring cybersecurity controls are implemented without impacting schedule critical activities<br><br>This position based out of Duba, Tabuk Region, Saudi Arabia working on rotation of 8 Weeks ON / 2 Weeks OFF.<br><br>The position will be a site-based role with below duties:<br><br>Perform field verification and validation of cybersecurity design and implementation for renewable power generation and transmission assets, ensuring compliance with Saudi and international standards. Develop, maintain, and verify OT cybersecurity asset registers, network diagrams, zone‑conduit models, and risk registers for power systems. Lead and support cyber risk assessments for power packages and OEM skid systems; track and close mitigation actions with vendors and contractors. Support pre‑commissioning and commissioning by validating firewall rules, secure remote access, endpoint hardening, role‑based access control, logging, and monitoring prior to system energization. Oversee and participate in FAT, SAT, CSAT, and performance testing for substation automation systems, turbine control systems, and plant SCADA. Coordinate closely with subcontractors and OEMs to control third‑party access, remote connectivity, and cybersecurity compliance during construction and startup. Act as the technical cybersecurity interface between project execution, commissioning teams, OEMs, grid operators, and client representatives. Support change management to ensure cybersecurity impacts of design, procurement, installation, and commissioning changes are reviewed and approved. Contribute to OT cybersecurity handover to operations, including procedures, access governance, incident response alignment, backup, recovery, and secure remote support models<br><br>Minimum Requirements<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electronics & communication, (or) instrumentation / process automation background is preferred) or equivalent. Minimum 10 to 15 years’ experience in Operational Technology (OT), or related field with at least 3 years focused on designing (or) building (or) validating the design/implementation of the cybersecurity for industrial control systems and networks. Project implementation experience of Saudi cyber standards HCIS, NCA, or ISA 62443 Industry standards, specifications, regulations, best practices. Strong knowledge and understanding of controls systems (SAS, SCADA/DCS/PLCs, etc.,) including Wind Turbine systems, relevant protocols (Modbus, PROFINET, DNP3, IEC61850, etc.), key technologies including Firewalls, IDS, Anti-Virus, Vulnerabilities assessments, etc. in the ICS/OT networks OT/ICS cybersecurity relevant accreditations such as ISA/IEC62443, SANS or other internationally recognized certifications are preferred. About the client:Hiring for a group of companies that spanned its verticals into multiple domains, including Contracting, Media & Communications, Real Estate, Equipment Rentals, Engineering, Travel and Tourism, etc.<br>Role Overview - Vendor Registration & Tendering Specialist (Saudi Arabia) A specialized role focused on vendor registrations, tender submissions, Document control and compliance for recruitment, manpower supply, heavy equipment rental, and material supply services.<br>Role Summary: He will be responsible for managing all vendor registrations, prequalification submissions, and tendering activities for ITL Contracting Company, specializing in overseas recruitment, supplementary manpower, heavy equipment rentals, and industrial/ material supply. The role ensures the company is fully registered, compliant, and eligible to participate in tenders with major Saudi clients across Oil & Gas, EPC, Civil Construction, Facilities Management, Industrial Services, and Government entities.<br>Key Responsibilities1. Vendor Registration & Portal Management Complete and maintain vendor registrations with major Saudi clients such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Ma'aden, SWCC, SEC, NEOM, Royal Commission, PIF entities, EPC contractors, government procurement portals (Etimad) and private networks Suppl Hi, Achilles, SAP Ariba, etc. Upload and update company documents including CR, Chamber, Zakat, GOSI, Saudization certificates, financials, manpower capability lists, equipment lists, HSE/QA manuals, and project references. Track renewal dates, compliance requirements, and portal updates. Maintain a master database of vendor codes, portal credentials, and registration statuses.<br>2. Experience in overseas recruitment, manpower supply, heavy equipment rental, or material supply is mandatory. Together!<br><br>Job Description<br><br>You can make your mark by providing safe, efficient, and professional pilotage services for vessels calling at JCPDI Port, Saudi Aramco facilities, and the Single Point Mooring (SPM), while ensuring all operations are carried out in line with applicable regulations, Harbour Master Instructions, international best practice, and company safety standards.<br><br>Your responsibilities as a Senior Marine Pilot:<br><br>Conduct safe and efficient pilotage operations for vessels arriving, departing, shifting, berthing, and unberthing within JCPDI Port limits, associated facilities, and assigned offshore SPM locations. Provide professional navigational advice to vessel Masters and bridge teams to ensure the safe movement of all vessel types within the port and its approaches. Assess weather, sea state, tides, currents, traffic, and navigational hazards to determine safe operating parameters and support pilotage decisions. Develop and communicate pilotage and berthing plans with vessel Masters, tug Masters, mooring teams, VTS, terminal representatives, and other relevant parties. Direct tug usage and mooring arrangements during berthing, unberthing, and vessel shifting operations. Maintain effective communication and coordination with VTS, port authorities, terminal operators, and vessel bridge teams throughout operations. Ensure compliance with Harbour Master Instructions, port regulations, company procedures, and applicable national and international maritime regulations. Maintain accurate pilotage records, reports, and documentation in line with company requirements. Participate in incident investigations, safety meetings, emergency response exercises, and operational reviews, while actively supporting HSE initiatives and a strong safety culture. Participate in a 24/7 operational roster and remain available for pilotage duties as required by operational demands. <br><br>Your qualities <br><br>You can make your mark as a Senior Marine Pilot if you have:<br><br>Master Mariner Class 1 (Unlimited) Certificate of Competency, valid medical fitness certification, and completion of IMO Resolution A.960 Pilot Training or an equivalent recognised pilot training programme. Minimum 10 years of experience as a Marine Pilot, including harbour, tanker, offshore, and SPM pilotage operations, preferably within major commercial ports, industrial ports, or oil and gas terminals. Strong knowledge of ship handling, tug operations, bridge resource management, pilotage best practices, and modern navigation systems including ECDIS, radar, and pilotage equipment. Previous experience in the Middle East or Saudi Arabia, as well as exposure to VTS operations, port management systems, container terminal operations, and bulk cargo operations. Proficiency in English is essential, while knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Training or certification in Bridge Resource Management (BRM) and Human Factors.
