Support the Housing Manager in monitoring housing-related expenses, supplies, and operational requirements. Assist with maintaining adequate stocks of housing supplies, equipment, and amenities. Prepare and maintain housing reports, including occupancy, room allocation, maintenance issues, and other operational information. Support regular housing audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company standards. Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive living environment for all team members. Work closely with Talent and Culture and other departments to resolve accommodation-related matters. Assist the Housing Manager in implementing initiatives to improve team member satisfaction and the overall housing experience. Own the full funnel: lead, site visit, reservation, contract, collection, title transfer.
