ومرافق التصنيع.</span></strong></p><br><p><strong>نطاق المنصب:</strong><br>مدير نوبة الإنتاج في التجميع العام مسؤول عن قيادة عمليات الإنتاج داخل ورشة GA بنظام النوبات، ضمان التسليم اليومي للحجم المخطط، والسلامة، وأهداف الجودة. هذا الدور يوفر قيادة مباشرة لجميع مشرفي الإنتاج وفرق أرض الورشة، ويدفع الانضباط في التنفيذ، والكفاءة التشغيلية، وأداء القوى العاملة. يقع على عاتقه تحقيق مؤشرات الأداء في الإنتاج، وتهيئة بيئة عمل آمنة، وضمان اتساق جودة المنتج أثناء الإطلاق والتشغيل الثابت.<br></p><br><p><strong>المسؤوليات الأساسية:</strong><br>o تنفيذ الإنتاج وتقديم الإنتاج:</p><br><p>• قيادة عمليات
