The Country Manager is responsible for the operational, technical, and sales activities across the country on behalf of the related business. Create and support a rewarding work environment while maximizing business revenue growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.<br>What You Will Do:<br>- Develop the strategic regional business plan centered around growth, executable sales, and brand identity.<br>- Lead the local QE team in all aspects of their business management and personnel development.<br>- Communicate with the President and peers to share resources and ideas.<br>- Take management and strategy decisions to improve business performance.<br>- Prepare aggressive but attainable budgets and business plans.<br>- Act as the ABS ambassador to promote the ABS brand to customers.<br>- In-depth knowledge of the market and competitive landscape in order to identify and explore opportunities for growth (new services and acquisitions).<br>- Ensure competitive pricing in line with business guidelines.<br>- Support international sales activity.<br>- Minimize costs without compromising sales and service delivery.<br>- Ensure consistent service delivery according to customer feedback.<br>- Implement standard group processes in the country related to IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, Finance, etc., and ensure appropriate financial and process controls.<br>- Operate to the highest standards of ethics in accordance with the ABS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.<br>- Ensure a safe working environment and establish and maintain a safety culture.<br>- Identify, assess, develop, coach, and promote talent.<br>- Responsible for building a backlog, managing Accounts Receivable, cash flow, DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), and attaining the KPI's (Key Performance Indicators).<br>What You Will Need:<br>Education and Experience<br>- Bachelor's degree or recognized equivalent from an accredited university or equivalent business/quality-related experience.<br>- A minimum of seven (7) years of previous related industry experience.<br>- Appropriate certification and/or licenses in area of specialization as may be required.<br>- Prior experience in management systems certification will be a significant advantage.<br>- P&L experience.<br>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities<br>- Able to coordinate and motivate teams toward a common goal.<br>- Able to translate strategy into pragmatic action plans and execute them.<br>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.<br>- Proficient with computers, both in preparing presentations and communications and in working with ABS QE’s operating platforms.<br>- Business experience in a technical service and/or consulting service industry.<br>- International exposure and flexibility, including travel.<br>- Perceptive of and responsive to multicultural environments.<br>- Energy to motivate teams to deliver as a way of life attitude.<br>- Ability to obtain working knowledge of the ABS Quality Evaluations Business Assurance System.<br>- Fluency in local language and English.<br>It Would Be Nice If You Have:<br>Graduate business degree<br>Reporting Relationships:<br>Reports to the Vice President or President, ABS QE and may have individual contractor direct reports.

As a Heavy Haul Driver, you will play a vital role in executing a range of transportation tasks, from routine to complex, to support project-based and daily operations. With a global presence and a focus on the Middle East, North America, and Asia, we operate with cutting-edge technology and a dedicated team.<br>Your Tasks and Responsibilities:Ensure the mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment of vehicles is in good working order. Maintain accurate electronic logs and paper records when necessary, in compliance with state and federal regulations. Document service or repair activities and report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage. Secure cargo using appropriate equipment and techniques, ensuring safe transport. Safely maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions, following signals from the loading crew. Obtain receipts or signatures for delivered goods, checking load-related documentation for completeness and accuracy. Review bills of lading and work orders to determine assignment details and procedures. Couple or uncouple trailers as needed. Inspect trailers after unloading to ensure no damage has occurred. Operate equipment such as truck cab computers, CB radios, phones, and GPS systems to communicate effectively. Ensure all required permits are in place for hauling permitted loads. Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.<br>Minimum Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in a driver position Proficient knowledge of driving protocols under regional governing agencies such as OSHA, FMCSA, DOT, etc. Valid driver's license through local jurisdiction.
