We are looking for a Senior Product Data Analyst to help shape how Salla builds and improves products through data. You will partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and the Data team to turn customer behaviour and product performance into clear decisions.<br><br>You will own analytics for a product area end to end, from defining success metrics and measurement plans to analysing experiments, monitoring launches, and recommending next steps. This role is ideal for an experienced analyst who combines strong technical skills with product judgement.<br><br>Salla's products are complex and operate at scale. You will be the connective tissue between scheme and regulatory requirements, engineering delivery, and merchant-facing outcomes, translating complex payment flows into requirements the business can ship against with confidence. What You Will Own• Requirements leadership. Elicit, define, and own business and functional requirements across the POS product suite — terminal applications, soft POS, merchant onboarding, transaction processing, settlement, and reconciliation.• Domain translation. Convert business intent into structured artefacts: BRDs, FSDs, user stories, process flows, API specifications, and acceptance criteria that engineering and QA teams can execute against without ambiguity.• Scheme and regulatory alignment. Analyse and interpret mada, Visa, Mastercard, and SAMA requirements — including mada certification cycles, scheme mandates, and SAMA payment regulations — and embed them into product requirements and release plans.• Payment flows and integrations.
