About the Role<br>The End User Computing Analyst provides technical support for KAUST faculty, staff, and departments by diagnosing, resolving, and preventing hardware, software, and end-user computing issues. The role ensures reliable operation of desktops, laptops, peripherals, and related systems, while maintaining high service standards and contributing to continuous improvement of end-user support services.<br>Responsibilities<br>Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues across University‑supported devices to ensure minimal disruption to users. Install, configure, and maintain personal computers, operating systems, and related equipment, ensuring compliance with KAUST standards and procedures. Provide integrated hardware/software troubleshooting, including resolving system conflicts, failures, and configuration issues. Deliver technical assistance to faculty, staff, and departmental support teams, ensuring timely and professional resolution of service requests. Maintain and track IT assets, including acquisition, distribution, movement, and disposal, ensuring accurate configuration and license records. Identify and address unauthorized or unlicensed software installations to maintain compliance. Conduct hardware and software installations or removals, perform testing, correct malfunctions, and document results according to established procedures. Maintain accurate records of user requests, incidents, resolutions, and change requests within the service management system. Contribute to the development and improvement of installation procedures, support standards, and documentation. Provide individual or group training sessions to faculty and staff on end‑user technologies and best practices. Lead small-scale technical projects or sub‑projects (typically under six months), including planning, risk assessment, stakeholder communication, and closure activities. Develop and implement approved changes following established change control processes. Escalate risks, issues, and unresolved incidents to management as required. Mentor junior technicians and support staff, providing guidance and knowledge sharing. Coordinate with the Help Desk and other support teams to ensure consistent handling and timely escalation of end-user requests and incidents. Provide on-site support for network and communication equipment issues affecting end-user devices, escalating complex infrastructure faults to the appropriate specialist teams. Maintain and report on service metrics, including work order status, resolution times, and utilization of support resources, to inform continuous service improvement. Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the scope of the employee’s skills and capabilities.<br>Qualifications<br>Essential Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Preferable Certifications or training in Windows and mac OS support tools and technologies. ACSA or equivalent professional certification. Additional certifications in device management, deployment, or IT service management. Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems.<br><br>Required Skills<br>Minimum 6 years of experience providing end-user support in a professional IT environment, including:Hands-on experience with Windows and mac OS remote support tools. General Description<br>Join a leading banking transformation program in Riyadh supporting a major financial institution's enterprise data governance initiative.<br>We are looking for an experienced Informatica Data Quality Analyst to support enterprise-wide data quality management, profiling, monitoring, and remediation initiatives using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) On-Premises.<br>The consultant will work closely with Data Governance, Business, Data Management, and Technology teams to improve data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and regulatory compliance across critical banking domains.<br>This is a 6-month contract engagement with strong potential for extension.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Design, develop, and maintain data quality rules, scorecards, and validation processes using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) On-Premises. Perform data profiling, data discovery, and quality assessments across enterprise banking data assets. Analyze data quality issues, identify root causes, and recommend remediation strategies. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define business rules, data quality standards, and validation requirements. Monitor enterprise data quality metrics and prepare dashboards and reports for governance teams. Support data cleansing, standardization, matching, and deduplication initiatives. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate data quality improvements. Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance policies and banking regulatory requirements. Support production deployments, issue investigations, and ongoing optimization of Informatica IDQ solutions. Provide recommendations to improve overall data quality processes and governance maturity.<br>Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) On-Premises. Experience developing and maintaining data quality rules, scorecards, and validation frameworks. Strong knowledge of data profiling, data cleansing, data standardization, matching, and deduplication techniques. Experience with Informatica Power Center and ETL processes. Strong SQL skills with experience querying and validating large datasets. Experience working with Oracle, SQL Server, or other enterprise relational databases. Understanding of enterprise Data Governance and Data Management principles. Experience performing root cause analysis and data quality issue remediation. Knowledge of metadata management and enterprise data lifecycle concepts. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Job Overview<br><br>We are seeking a high-caliber Senior System Analyst to join our team in Riyadh. You will bridge business stakeholders, project leadership, architects, and delivery teams for a large-scale digital integration program. You will translate business, operational, and regulatory needs into clear functional and technical requirements across integration services, event streaming, the developer portal, reporting, and operations. You will also coordinate interface requirements with the AI engineering workstream, while AI model design, development, and training remain outside this role. The ideal candidate is a native Arabic speaker with excellent English fluency and strong command of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Requirements Engineering: Lead discovery with business and technical stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate, and trace functional and non-functional requirements for the non-AI project scope.<br><br>System Analysis & Documentation: Produce BRDs, SRS, functional and technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, interface requirements, data mappings, and analysis documents for integration services and event topics.<br><br>Process & Integration Modelling: Document current- and future-state processes, gap analyses, workflows, sequence diagrams, system interactions, APIs, integration mappings, and data flows.<br><br>Requirements Lifecycle & Governance: Maintain traceability, backlog readiness, change requests, priorities, dependencies, and alignment with security, data, service-level, and technical governance requirements.<br><br>Validation & Acceptance Support: Define acceptance criteria and test scenarios; collaborate with QA on integration, performance, and UAT activities; and verify delivered services against approved requirements.<br><br>Cross-Functional Delivery & AI Coordination: Work with integration, portal, event-streaming, operations, cybersecurity, data-governance, and AI teams; define AI-related interfaces and data requirements without owning AI model design, development, or training; and support handover and knowledge transfer.<br><br>Requirements<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.<br><br>Experience: 5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis or Business Systems Analysis, including enterprise integration or digital transformation projects.<br><br>Process & Tool Proficiency:<br><br>Strong expertise in requirements engineering, stakeholder facilitation, functional and non-functional analysis, traceability, and change management.<br><br>Hands-on experience with requirements, backlog, and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Confluence, and MS Visio (or similar).<br><br>Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum delivery, including documentation, testing, UAT, and release-readiness activities.<br><br>Data & Technical Skills:<br><br>Strong working knowledge of APIs, web services, system interfaces, data mapping, integration patterns, and event-driven systems.<br><br>Practical knowledge of databases, SQL, JSON, XML, interface specifications, and secure system-integration concepts.<br><br>Preferred exposure to IBM App Connect, API Connect, Data Power, MQ, Kafka/Confluent, developer portals, Instana, or Kibana.<br><br>Communication & Domain Knowledge:<br><br>Native Arabic speaker with excellent English fluency (written and spoken).<br><br>Ability to explain complex system behaviour, dependencies, and technical requirements clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.<br><br>Familiarity with KSA digital transformation, cybersecurity, data-governance, and regulatory environments is a strong plus.<br><br>Professional Attributes:<br><br>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex requirements, identify gaps, and support viable system solutions.<br><br>Proven ability to work across business, architecture, development, QA, operations, security, data, and AI workstreams.<br><br>High attention to detail, clear ownership of requirements, and commitment to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Azure billing and cost visibility<br>Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly Azure consumption, charges, credits, commitments, and spending trends. Reconcile Azure invoices or billing statements against Cost Management data, exports, agreed rates, credits, and adjustments. Analyze cost by subscription, resource group, service, environment, application, owner, project, and business unit. Maintain reliable monthly cost reporting and explain material changes, unusual charges, and key cost drivers. Track Azure credit burn rate and forecast expected depletion dates using documented assumptions and scenarios. Support cost allocation, showback/chargeback, and data-quality improvements for tags and ownership information.<br>B. Optimization and savings realization<br>Identify and quantify optimization opportunities, including rightsizing, idle or orphaned resources, shutdown schedules, storage tiers, licensing benefits, reservations, savings plans, and architecture-related cost improvements. Maintain an optimization pipeline with opportunity value, owner, action, approval status, implementation date, risk, and expected payback. Work with infrastructure, application, data, security, and service owners to validate feasibility and agree implementation actions. Track recommendations through implementation and verify realized savings against an agreed baseline; do not report recommendations alone as savings. Highlight cost-risk trade-offs so that optimization does not compromise availability, performance, security, or business continuity. Use Azure Advisor and other available cost-management data as inputs, while independently validating financial impact.<br>C. Forecasting, governance and reporting<br>Produce monthly rolling forecasts for Azure spend and consumption using actual usage, seasonality, project demand, commitments, and expected optimization. Estimate new workload costs using the Azure Pricing Calculator and documented technical assumptions provided by solution owners. Configure or support budgets, alerts, anomaly review, tagging controls, and recurring governance routines. Prepare concise monthly dashboards covering actuals, forecast, variance, cost drivers, credits, commitments, optimization pipeline, realized savings, and key risks. Maintain auditable calculation logic, source data, assumptions, and evidence for reported savings and forecasts. Recommend improvements to Azure financial governance, cost ownership, and accountability. D. Routine IT budget support <br>Provide Azure actuals, forecast, and variance inputs to the IT budget owner. Support recurring budget updates or basic variance analysis when requested. Assist with limited non-Azure budget activities only when capacity allows and without reducing the Azure Fin Ops focus.<br>Required qualifications<br>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. At least 2 years of relevant experience in cloud cost management, Azure billing, Fin Ops, cloud financial analysis, or a closely related role. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cost Management + Billing, including cost analysis, exports, budgets, alerts, and billing data. Demonstrated experience identifying Azure optimization opportunities and quantifying or tracking savings. Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP or equivalent lookup methods, complex formulas, and Power Query; Power BI is strongly preferred.
